After 13 years, we decided it was finally time to upgrade the exterior of our house. Our plan included re-stuccoing and painting the exterior, new driveway, walkways and a patio. Additionally, a new fence and roof were top priorities.

We sought out 4 contractors for bids. That in itself was difficult. Each had different approaches and costs. The contractors we felt most comfortable with and the ones who best understood our vision was SR Construction.

We moved forward with SR Construction and we can say now that the project was complete, it was the best decision we could have made. Sammy and Roy were excellent and managed the project to our satisfaction and most importantly, they brought ideas to us that we had never considered, but made all the difference in the finished look for the house. At least, one of the two of them showed up to supervise the work daily. We felt that they did a great job.

Their workers were excellent and worked very hard and did all they could to make sure that our lives were not disrupted as best they could. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. They all had years of experience and it showed.

The project came in on-budget, except where there was mutually agreed changes. We appreciated that they did not disengage until all the nit details were completed to our satisfaction. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work and the outcome of our project. We can't believe we live in such a beautiful house now. We are planning on using SR Construction on our Master Bathroom and Kitchen remodels in the near future.

These guys are legit. My family owns a few single family rentals in the San Fernando Valley and we've been using them for years for all our home renovation projects. They are older homes, so over the years we've had to redo kitchens, bathrooms, floors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Anytime something goes wrong, or we are in need of renovation work, they are my first call and they get the job done to our very high standards, quickly and efficiently, and for a reasonable price.
