As a realtor I have a lot of contacts in the real estate realm. I received several quotes from different roofers, but SPS Roofing (part of SPS general contracting) was great. The rep Jack was the first one to actually break down what my insurance company was offering to pay and once they started on the job I needed all new decking which he negotiated and talked with my insurance adjuster (as I was out of town when all this happened). I received updates, photos and great communication. Would hire again and will recommend to my other clients who need a new roof as well!

Roof damage is not a pleasant experience. Dealing with insurance companies is the most challenging and frustrating part. Roof replacement with installation, tear off and clean up not a problem for SPS Roofing. Done in one day. What? Give Adam and Cameron a call. No disappointment in that decision.

Adam is the best!!! My roof was damaged and leaked because of heavy wind and rain. He replied to my request in no time and squeezed a slot the same day to inspect my roof. Then within two hours, he and his colleague got the needed materials and helped me fix my roof permanently.
