Fantastic repairs from the hailstorm highly recommend!!!
Exceptional job by Jon Dunn and his crew on our home recently. We used Springtree for our roof replacement from the June 2019 microburst and painting the exterior of our home. The work crew was on point -- diligent, fast, thorough in their clean-up, and very nice. Jon was a great project manager. Fielded our questions with great patience, worked with us on a budget, gave honest feedback, quick to let us know updates and timeline, and has a wonderful, hospitable demeanor. While we don't anticipate painting our homes exterior in the future, and Lord-willing having to replace our roof either, if either occasion arises, our first call will be to Jon and Springtree!
The owner stepped in and corrected everything that went wrong the first time, plus they fixed something I didn't even ask them to fix. All good now.
I have worked with Steve Sefton (Springtree Restoration) for quite some time, and he's absolutely amazing to work with. He's very knowledgeable in every aspect of roofing and restoration - I can't recommend him any higher!
Talk about amazing. Jason Valleau has such great compassion for his customers. He made sure that my home got the best roof. His crew did an amazing job. They worked fast and clean. I call Jason for any repairs I have. I've been extremely happy with everything they've done. I will continue to use Springtree for anything and everything I can. There is security knowing you can count on them.
Matt K.Springtree Restoration and Roofing has been a go to resourse for multiple home renovations. Seth is always responsive, knowledgeable and gives an honest assessment of the project. I've called them for minor remodels in Garland and huge renovations in Highland Park. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I used Sergio Garcia with Springtree Roofing and Restoration to replace my roof that was damaged in the April 2016 storms. Sergio is honest and won't cut any corners. He wasn't the cheapest (right in the middle of the bids) but out of the 6 bids I got I'm glad I went with him. They delivered materials the night before they started (so my driveway wasn't blocked indefinitely) and left the yard and driveway spotless. His guys were quick but did great work, all the corners and edges are just as they were before and the lines are straight. They even touched up the paint where a shingle smudged it. Start to finish you could tell they had it down and kept our experience front of mind. I was so impressed that I had him do another house in Plano and have referred him to quite a few friends who have been equally impressed. My point is, call Sergio - (972) 977-1523.
Beware!!!
Do not hired Springtree Restoration for any home renovation.
They claimed to be in the restoration business instead they will destroy your home, will not take out the appropriate permits, will do shoddy work, and they will lie to their insurance company about the damage they have done to your home.
I will not recommend them to anyone!!
Paul W.These guys were great! Easy process with no surprises. Thanks to Roy and his crew for taking care of us quickly.

Springtree came recommended. We called and had a very good experience.
We needed a new roof and other items due to a severe hail storm. We were going to work in phases...we only contracted for phase 1 Roof. Although we would have contracted for much more if we could have gotten a quote.
They had what seemed to be a good crew that came out an worked 2 days straight. Seems like quality work and materials. I'm very happy with my roof.
We did have an issue with one of the workers falling through the ceiling. He was thankfully ok and all we had was a hole in one of the bedrooms.
Roof was completed over a week 1/2 ago. We still have a few items outstanding. The bedroom is still being made whole. Phase 2 was supposed to be ceiling repair due to water damage and whatnot. They wanted to patch and roll the full repair (at their cost) into the next phase...but it would be at least 30 days out.
I paid a significant sum of money prior to full completion. Probably not the best idea. I trust that they will complete the work...but now that they are mostly completed with what we contracted for...I do not feel they will engage for the other work we discussed. I've asked with no response.
That's fine. I understand that roofing is their bread and butter and right now there is a lot to go around in this area. Perhaps more work than they know how to handle.
The other critique I would give is that they could communicate better. I have initiated every conversation and commitment from them. When will the roof repair get started, when will painters be at the house to complete work? etc...If I didn't start these conversations I don't know that I would have a new roof at this point. Provide more details pertaining to the project and timelines. if something is going to take 2 days and requires 2-3 days in between for some reason...say it...otherwise when you send someone to do something the expectation is that it will take one day. I guess project management and communication are the key words here.
Am I satisfied...yes. they have done what we contracted for very well...however I feel like there was an expectation and personal investment of more, which isn't going to be delivered on, that's disappointing.
