Poor service. They don't care about customers.

First, it takes almost 3 months after you sign the contract to them start removing old tiles. After they removed my old tiles, I have been with my roof opened almost 2 months. I have been requesting to rush on my installation as I have 2 babies at home and with this high temperatures, they can't sleep and its uncomfortable also mentioned them that my 2 AC units are working to much, after several emails, calls... one AC unit has broken. Who is going to pay this AC replacement? Still I have to wait 2 more weeks for installation.

Just want to let everyone know, that I had the best experience with this company. I have a flat roof, so I decided on the TPO. It's not cheap, but in the long run it pays off. You hardly hear the rain when storming. Springer offered the best deal. Steven was very professional and very detailed . He checked every time to make sure the job was going perfectly. A few times he corrected his crew on minor details. The roof came out sooo great, our neighbors hired them for their reroofing.

I had my roof replaced over the summer and we are so happy with it!! Even my neighbor tells me over and over how my roofer is the bomb and how great the roof looks (his roofer took over a month to complete and it doesn't look as great as mine.)
My friend recommended Springer to me when I was in the process of trying to get people to just come to give an estimate, which was near impossible. Springer came when they said they would unlike everyone else and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off. The contractual charges were reasonable and when I got extra charges because I had an old roof with lots of wood damage, Mr.Springer was always available to talk through the charges and my concerns. His roofers were also great..they got the job done faster but not too fast than any of my other neighbors that I've watched over the past year since Irma hit. Mr.Springer has an excellent assistant, Elle who is nice and professional.
At the end of the day, I am just a simple homeowner without any drama who wanted a new roof for an affordable price without any hassles and I got it with Springer!!!!!

I am very happy with the service that Springer Roofing provided. Everything was done and complied as they promised. No problems at all. I was doing 3 other things at my house at the same moment I was having my roof done and I can say that the only company that didn't give me any issues at all was Springer. I'm very pleased with their service and the owner even replied to all my messages when I had questions. Strongly recommend and already recommended to my friends.

I had read the negative reviews left on Yelp, and in spite of this, I considered giving Springer Roofing a chance. I called to request an appointment for an estimate for a roof replacement, and was given one for two weeks from that day, with a technician called Hector. On the day of the scheduled appointment they did not show up, and never called to apologize or to try re-schedule. I called the company, and the associate that picked up the phone, had the audacity to tell me that they had called me to confirm the appointment but that I never picked up the phone, so therefore, they decided to not show up. I don't think I will be doing business with this company that lies to customers and does not respect their time.

Painless, clean, detail oriented, fast (on time), responsible, serious, reliable, outstanding workers, supervisors, sales & office personnel. Couldn't be happier with their work. They matched my expectations and worked the YGrene process successfully. They had done my son's roof with the same positive results. Get them before they get overbooked.

Everything they wrote there is BS. I will gladly share the emails, texts and attorney conversations.
The so called financing options were to put a lien on my property.
I'm surprised they're still open, considering the amount of people who have reached out to me agreeing.
But then again, people will pay wrong charges in order to keep their house or deal with long attorney meetings.
Springer roofing knows that the Florida statute covers any and all fraudulent charges for a contractor. And oh boy do they milk it!

I wonder how they sleep at night? Probably with lots of booze and sleeping pills. Because no one with a decent conscience could keep doing this to customers who earn their money honestly....But then again, they wouldn't know what an honest earning is!

Honestly, I think they ask their friends to write reviews for them because there is no way that they have provided honest prices to anyone. Beware ""Springer roofing friends"" or they could put a lien on your home!

Contrary to some of the reviewers on here (who don't know the first thing about roofing or construction for that matter), I had an extremely positive experience with Springer roofing! The owner, Steve delivered excellent service, always on time & had zero issues passing inspection.

People have to understand, there's no way a contractor can guess if you have rotted wood under your existing/old roof. Chances are, an old roof will have plenty of rotted wood & to replace it (and do a good job for a lasting roof) it requires time & materials $$. The owner is always responsible for that additional cost.... not the contractor !

Steve & the team at Springer roofing are NOT in the business of cheating people out of their money! Please do not pay attention to these reviewers & trust my review. I have a gorgeous roof & had an amazing experience working with the Springer roofing team. I've also recommended them to several friends & family with zero problems.
