After 3 years I happened to come across this review of Springer Roofing and I was deeply saddened.
I could not remember feeling that angry about the situation. The intensity of my review left me ashamed of myself. Not because the facts were untruthful ( they were) , but because I voiced them on Yelp in such detail.

Now that the roof is paid for and my home has the nicest roof in the neighborhood. I silently bow and say ""Nameste"" at least twice a week. I am thankful that my investment is secure because of Springer Roofing.

I leave the old review up as a reminder to myself that apologizing for one's mistake is Alwayz the right thing to do. 5 stars

Very expensive with hidden costs. Poor customer service. They don't pay subcontractors and fall behind on the job. Sadly, their company was five star and now barely one. They only care about the money and not the customer.

Great roofing services for the price ! Had to hire them for for repairs to the side of my house. But couldn't refuse when they offered me a great deal on renovation the whole roof. Best customer service ive had in a while.

I contracted Springer roofing last July and then waited for over 4 months for them to begin work. Each inquiry about a commencement date for work was met with excuses about the weather. I can understand how bad weather would delay a project for a couple of weeks. The delays in my case, however, two months beyond the worst case scenario presented in the contract. When I told them that I was fed up and was cancelling the job, Mr. Springer informed be that he would not return my deposit because the initial three-day cancellation window had passed. Now I must go through the expense and hassle of litigation.
Be wary of this company.

Poor service. They don't care about customers.

First, it takes almost 3 months after you sign the contract to them start removing old tiles. After they removed my old tiles, I have been with my roof opened almost 2 months. I have been requesting to rush on my installation as I have 2 babies at home and with this high temperatures, they can't sleep and its uncomfortable also mentioned them that my 2 AC units are working to much, after several emails, calls... one AC unit has broken. Who is going to pay this AC replacement? Still I have to wait 2 more weeks for installation.

Just want to let everyone know, that I had the best experience with this company. I have a flat roof, so I decided on the TPO. It's not cheap, but in the long run it pays off. You hardly hear the rain when storming. Springer offered the best deal. Steven was very professional and very detailed . He checked every time to make sure the job was going perfectly. A few times he corrected his crew on minor details. The roof came out sooo great, our neighbors hired them for their reroofing.

I had my roof replaced over the summer and we are so happy with it!! Even my neighbor tells me over and over how my roofer is the bomb and how great the roof looks (his roofer took over a month to complete and it doesn't look as great as mine.)
My friend recommended Springer to me when I was in the process of trying to get people to just come to give an estimate, which was near impossible. Springer came when they said they would unlike everyone else and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off. The contractual charges were reasonable and when I got extra charges because I had an old roof with lots of wood damage, Mr.Springer was always available to talk through the charges and my concerns. His roofers were also great..they got the job done faster but not too fast than any of my other neighbors that I've watched over the past year since Irma hit. Mr.Springer has an excellent assistant, Elle who is nice and professional.
At the end of the day, I am just a simple homeowner without any drama who wanted a new roof for an affordable price without any hassles and I got it with Springer!!!!!

I am very happy with the service that Springer Roofing provided. Everything was done and complied as they promised. No problems at all. I was doing 3 other things at my house at the same moment I was having my roof done and I can say that the only company that didn't give me any issues at all was Springer. I'm very pleased with their service and the owner even replied to all my messages when I had questions. Strongly recommend and already recommended to my friends.

I had read the negative reviews left on Yelp, and in spite of this, I considered giving Springer Roofing a chance. I called to request an appointment for an estimate for a roof replacement, and was given one for two weeks from that day, with a technician called Hector. On the day of the scheduled appointment they did not show up, and never called to apologize or to try re-schedule. I called the company, and the associate that picked up the phone, had the audacity to tell me that they had called me to confirm the appointment but that I never picked up the phone, so therefore, they decided to not show up. I don't think I will be doing business with this company that lies to customers and does not respect their time.
