Peter foamed our roof 4 years ago and we have been SO pleased with the result -- no leaks and lower energy costs. Quality work.

Our condo neighbor, with whom we share a common wall, recently had a leak in their master bedroom, and said our tie-in to their older roof was the problem. They believed our new foam roof caused their leak and that we owed them money for their roof and interior repairs -- maybe $2500 or more. I sent an email to Pete at 7 pm and he responded by 8:00!

Peter at srprayfoamofsouutherncalifonia.com was here in 18 hours to reveal the problem was on their side. Their roof is old and defective. Peter stands behind his work. He stood behind us and showed our neighbors roof to be at fault. He takes pride in his work. Our neighbor tried to bully us into admitting the leak was our new roof. We all were outraged, Peter was there with us because he owns his work.

What more would you ask from your roofing contractor? He cared about finding out the cause of the problem and helping to to check it off his list as done correctly.

The owner (Peter) and his staff were very rude and unprofessional. They fought and used fowl language with each other while working on the property, I almost called the cops because I thought the neighbors were having a fight! They also left a big mess on the property and on our cars, and refused to acknowledge this or even offer any resolution. They treated me like I was crazy for mentioning this. One of them even scratched my car with equipment when he was carrying it in. I would only use this company if I was desperate and no other company was available (which was the situation that day).
