Spotlight Roofing was the only one to tell us that our roof was fine and that the leak must be something else. They were right: it was an issue with the condensation line from our furnace, nothing to do with the roof. Although they didn't get our business that day, they're at the top of our list going forward.

We reached out to Spotlight Roofing after discovering water leaking into our walls and realizing that this was coming from a leak in our roof. Within an hour of reaching out to them they were at our door and ready to do an assessment and discuss next steps. We realized that we needed a new roof, but given that it was raining and the work couldn't be started for a few days, they offered to get someone out right away to put a temporary patch on the roof to make sure the water stopped leaking into our walls. The patch worked (thankfully!) and once the rain stopped they began work right away on replacing our roof. Overall they were extremely efficient, fast and responsive. We mainly dealt with Raz, who was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our decision to use this company and so pleased with the beautiful roof we got as a result.

Raz was very communicative, fair, and his team delivered the service quickly. Our roof in the front of the house was leaking and the decking underneath was rotted. They came in and ripped up multiple layers of roofing, replaced rotted decking, and put on a new 3-layer roof system in one day.
