Raz and his team did a great job replacing our roof - the final product looks great! They were super fast--only needing about 2 days to complete the project--and took care of all the county inspections. Out of the three quotes we got, Spotlight Roofing took the most time to look at our existing roof, explain the process and all the options, and had competitive pricing. We decided to get our gutters redone at the same time and they did a great job installing them and included gutter guards. They were also easy to reach and quick to respond to questions over text. Overall, solid work and a smooth process!

We noticed a leak and I had 3 different companies come out to look at our roof and provide a quote. Spotlight Roofing was the only one to tell us that our roof was fine and that the leak must be something else. They were right: it was an issue with the condensation line from our furnace, nothing to do with the roof. Although they didn't get our business that day, they're at the top of our list going forward.

We reached out to Spotlight Roofing after discovering water leaking into our walls and realizing that this was coming from a leak in our roof. Within an hour of reaching out to them they were at our door and ready to do an assessment and discuss next steps. We realized that we needed a new roof, but given that it was raining and the work couldn't be started for a few days, they offered to get someone out right away to put a temporary patch on the roof to make sure the water stopped leaking into our walls. The patch worked (thankfully!) and once the rain stopped they began work right away on replacing our roof. Overall they were extremely efficient, fast and responsive. We mainly dealt with Raz, who was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our decision to use this company and so pleased with the beautiful roof we got as a result.
