Recommended Customer Reviews

Our project involved a total demolition and remodeling of our bath including plumbing, extensive tile and large sheet porcelain installation, carpentry, electrical, stud work, drywall and vanity & fixture installation. All remodeling projects have challenges usually related to preexisting site issues. Spire's robust progress inspection process along the way and the way Spire handled challenges with transparent communication and prompt action gives them an A plus for their work.

You need to be extremely cautious when working with this company. Make sure everything is layout in fine prints and documented.
When they remodeled my kitchen, they removed my working stove. After they put it back, the stove didn't work. They went on and told me ""How do we know that your stove was not broken before we removed it?""
They also installed 3000sf of engineer wood floor. After they done, I crawled around and knocked on it with my knuckle. There were hundred spots with hollow noise.. They told me it's normal. Eventually they have to drill small holes on the floor and inject additional 5 gallons of glue. But that only cover about 1/2 of the spots.. I ended up finish up the job myself with additional 10 gallons.
They also did my tile floor.. if you're expecting a level surface that you can slide a hockey puck on it then forget about it.
I had a simple 3M water filter under my sink and they wanted me to pay extra $300 for their 'master' plumber to re-install it.
Their guys broke my glass shade and didn't take responsibility on that as well.. even though it only cost me $15 to replace it myself.
There were more..

This team is careful, detailed and helpful.
Their project manager, Luke is great to work with and is available to assist in any home projects. Energetic, great young man with passion for his business!
