I hired Specialty to reroof a storage shed, carport area and covered patio. They were trustworthy, efficient, fair and very conscientious. No cutting corners with these guys! Donovan and his crew get the job done in a timely manner with excellent clean up. The dry rot repairs were professionally done and nothing was missed. I will hire them again without reservation when it is time to reroof my main house.

Very, very pleased with the roof work done on the rental house and accessory building. We are new owners-landlords, and the first major problem we noticed was the poor condition of the roof, which would likely result in leaks during another wet season. September was a busy month for them but Donovan managed to fit us in, and the results were beautiful. And something else that I appreciated, is that he is very communicative. I had a few roofing companies not return my calls or emails, and that's not acceptable to me. But Donovan is very diligent at staying in touch and on top of things. Highly recommend them.

I give these guys Zero stars but I guess that's not an option. Contacted Greg, said to send him the information, he called me back about 2 weeks later, came out and did an estimate gave me a price told me it would be about 3 weeks out. This was in late October. Never heard anything, called them back before the first big storm in December right before Christmas as the roof had been leaking and needed repair. Greg had no idea who I was, couldn't remember the property, or the estimate he had given. Somehow found the notes somewhere in his folder and told me he had simply forgot about it. He said he would put it at the top of the list after the holiday. It is now almost the end of January and still nothing from them. Now the leak has caused even more damage to my property and someone else will be getting my business.

The guys at Specialty Roofing are awesome!!
They had a very competitive quote for my home and managed to squeeze me in early...done in two days!! They left the house and yard clean! The garage was even swept out! Couldn't even tell they were there (except for a brand new roof!) Will use them again on other properties. Definitely recommend them!! A good honest family run business!!

Donovan and his crew did a great job putting a foam roof on our home. There were several steps as each layer cured. The guys showed up, completed their work and left no mess behind over the course of about 5 days. They even returned to paint the parapet wall around the roof. Very impressed and will continue to use their service on our roof.
