Based on Customer Service: called at 8:43am. Left a message. Received call back at 1:45pm they would be at my house in 30min for estimate. Arrived on time. Left estimate with my brother (I was at work) and said they could do the repair next day as it was 20-30min job. Upon my return home and viewing the estimate I wanted to be sure I understood the needed repairs and called and left a message asking for a call back as I was told the job could be completed next day and I would need to speak with someone to confirm repairs. I received a call back and went through the estimate and I was ready to proceed only to be told that ""these small jobs are usually done between big jobs so this job won't be able to be done for about a week to a week and a half"". So my response is that I cannot wait that long as my roof is leaking now and If that's the case I will need to find someone else to repair. ""Ok""
So my question is this: my measly $200 repair (which isn't measly to me) cannot be squeezed in at any point during the day if it's only a 20-30min repair? There was no effort to even try to empathize with my situation or come up with a solution. I hung up feeling defeated and frustrated and thankful it's not raining today! 2 stars because you came out same day and explained the estimate.

Absolutely honest, reliable and dependable service provider. I called late (after 6pm) and received a call back that evening (around 8pm) which was amazing and welcome since we urgently needed repairs on our roof. It was a small job, completed quickly and with high quality. They will be my first call for any and all roof repairs in the future. Thanks so very much!

Just like other reviews Mr. Torres called me back after leaving a message within a couple of hours and was over in an hour. My gardner while standing on my roof pruning my lemon tree told me about some holes on my shingle roof. I took his word and made a call thru the Christian directory for his listing. I don't like heights so I wanted an objective eye to check the roof. The lemon tree branches rubbing against the shingles made a few dime sized holes in the roof so he quickly sealed the holes and I was glad to pay the service fee. This roof will outlast my life expectancy but I'll be sure to get him for my repairs.and recommend his company for work.

Called this company to have them come and do an estimate on a Roof repair. Have a small leak due to the recent rains we have gotten (Jan 2017). I was told someone would be out in 30-40 mins. After about 20 mins I received a call and was told that no one would be coming out and that they would be going to Selma instead. When I asked about me having a leak and if they could come out after I was told and I quote ""I should have thought about that 6 months ago"" The customer service that I was shown was beyond bad.

With the recent heavy rains in the Auberry, CA area (January 2016), I discovered a small leak on my roof. I called numerous roofing companies, but they either did not return my calls or were ""too busy"" to schedule an appointment. Luis Torres of Specialty Roofing in Fresno not only agreed to a Saturday appointment to fix my roof, but he called to see if he could show up the day before in order to complete the job. He was professional, courteous and ""knew his stuff!"" He was able to quickly determine the source of the small leak and repaired it--just before another round of heavy rains hit the next day! And, not a single leak or drop of water entered the attic after Luis's great roof repair! So, for about $135, I had a great roofer inspect my roof and install the necessary flashing and sealant with no more leaks! If you need a reputable, professional, reasonably priced roofer, look no further! Luis and his Team are awesome!

When we had the high winds in Fresno in 2012, there were many homes and business that had severely damaged roofs.

I obtained 3 estimates and while Specialty Roofing was the highest bidder, they got my business because the owner impressed me the most and explained things more in depth that the other bidders.

The owner was on the job himself from start to finish.
