Was referred to Specialty Construction from a friend. Had 5 bids from various companies and theirs was near the lowest. Abraham Sanchez was professional, friendly, and thorough. We agreed to have his crew do our roof and replace some badly worn out facia boards. They started Monday and were DONE Wednesday at 1:30. Just 2 1/2 days! Arrived promptly at 7:30am each day and left at 5:00pm (M & Tues). They tore off the old roof, replaced a couple of rotten ply sheets, applied synthetic liner, then shingled the entire roof, replacing some vents too. When they replaced the facias, they primed them and painted them too. Wednesday afternoon they finished up using vacuums, blowers, and a ""magnetic"" device"" to pick up any ""stray"" roofing nails. The house looks great! My wife Marty and I highly recommend Abraham Sanchez and Specialty Construction.

Horrible. Do not use this company. They did roof work that was sloppy. Damaged my property-let wires hanging from the roof.

Santiago at Specialty Roofing came recommended to me by my interior designer. I had to replace my roof with steep sloping sections and flat sections and I found Santiago's price to be fair without compromising quality, after consulting with 5 other roofers. The finished product looks wonderful, and while I will not know if there are leaks until rains come, it looks very clean and professional. The timeline of the project went way over the quoted time necessary and my recommendation to Santiago would be to be more upfront with clients on his time constraints. I'd rather know it will take two-three weeks to complete than be promised completion in 4 days and be very frustrated. Overall a good experience and very happy with the roof.

Oh, Santiago was nice on the phone Thursday 9/21/17 when he/we agreed to an appointment on Monday 9/25/17 between 3pm-4pm.
Wasted my time and its BAD Business to not show up or call.
I should send them an invoice for my time!

Specialty Construction came out and inspected my roof. The Contractor Santiago Gomez inform me that he will text me an estimate when he get back to the office. It's been 3 days now and no estimate. Please stay clear of this roofing company.

I can recommend Specialty Roofing at the highest level. They took on a complex project which included demolition of an unpermitted sunroom (which I inherited from a previous owner) from a third floor sundeck, hauling the debris away and then re-building the sundeck to its original form. They input a new wall, installed an energy efficient door, input a custom-made storage area and waterproofed the sundeck. Very friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable crew. Santiago did a great job in putting together an efficient hard-working team. Thank you.

Company made appointment for estimate with a window for arrival of 10am-noon. They were a total no show with no call to alter or change appointment. At 1pm Ross called to reschedule for the following day. Why would we use a company who does not even have the courtesy to notify us in advance so we are not waiting when they can not keep appointments for times they selected?

Roofing is too big a project to leave to the unprofessionals.

Kevin D. and crew made removing three layers of old roof wood and asphalt shingles and putting on a new asphalt shingle roof a great experience for us. No more worry about leaks. They were professional and knowledgable, pricing was great, easy to deal with, got the job done in a few days, and did a great job cleaning up each day before they left. Roof looks great. Highly recommend them.
