My husband and I contracted with this Company in May of 2015. We had severe hail damage to the roof and exterior of our home. We engaged this company to do all the repairs to the trim, siding and roof. Inferior subs were used and did slipshod work on the trim and siding. This company agreed and hired other subs to redo the exterior of our home which was done to our satisfaction. Vincent was our go-to man and said to contact him if we needed anythng else. Our roof was next replaced with a guarantee of a 5 year warranty on labor and materials. Last year, our roof began to leak during July,2017, in our guest bedroom, and we had to place a pan under the the drip to catch the water. We contacted Vincent, and he did not want to come out to check the leak because it was his day off, and to call him next time it rained. We did so, we did not hear back. Now, during this rainy season in February, 2018, my husband has again made contact with this company. Vincent has failed to return our calls. The man who answered the phone in their office tells us Vincent was on vacation last week, and he would give him he message. That call was placed yesterday, Feb. 22, 2018,and we have still not heard back. My husband and I have both called today with no return calls. I called again on Feb. 23, 2018, and the company phone rang off he wall with no answer. The ceiling in our guest bedroom is about to collapse due to the roof leaks and we are very upset that we cannot get this taken care of. We now have another place in the ceiling with a bulge the size of a tennis ball with 1 to 2 foot arms protruding from it. Now we will have to spend money to repair the ceiling. We are not pleased and would like for the company to honor their contract and warranty. Thus far, we are very disappointed in the lack of response to our problem. We have been patient and more than willing to work with this company, but apparently, our request has fallen on deaf ears and we may have to consult with attorneys in our next step if this cannot get resolved.

We live in Red Oak and we had a great painter named Vincent from Cedar Hill. Great guy, great work, quoted on Nov 8th (thousands less than previously quoted from other companies), Visit on Nov 9th to confirm price and it was the same, Nov 11 came and matched paint swabs to wall, bought paint and started painting the same day. Worked all day that Saturday, came back for about 5 hours Nov 12th on Sunday and completed the job. We added a few other areas since it was so reasonably priced! We needed someone fast and thorough as we are putting our house on the market this weekend and we were so happy with everything about this painter and company. Less than a week and we are market ready! If you in the Cedar Hill surrounding area Vincent Birdwell is your guy! Do not hesitate to use this company! I found him from Yelp and very pleased!
