Have a great ongoing relationship with this company. Catherine was excellent at facilitating our most recent job, and the end result of their work looks terrific. We used RRS a few years back on another section of the roof, and they were the only company able to fix the troubling leak we had. They are a bit pricy, but you end up saving money in the long run by getting the job done correctly. I'd recommend to anyone.

I called Roof Repair Specialists to give me a quote on 2 properties that had red tile roof leaks. Areg came out to give a quote. He showed up on time, put on booties and looked in our attics and also went on top the roof and took video of the damage he had found. The quotes arrived as promised via email with videos and pictures attached. I agreed to move forward with both properties. They were friendly, clean, fast and efficient. After the project was completed, Areg came and inspected the work that was done and took pictures of the repairs which were also emailed to me. I had called other companies to get quotes and no one showed up, waited for weeks. Roof Repair Specialist was very prompt in their response time. I wish other companies were as responsive. Areg was very pleasant to work with.

Roof repair specialists came to my property to provide a free quote for a new gutter install. The associate was great about walking around the property with me so I could discuss the problem areas we saw for drainage and understand solutions available. He arrived with samples of different gutter styles and paint swatches so I could match our new gutters to our house trim.

The gutters were just installed today and they look excellent! Very pleased with the results. The paint color is beautiful and the gutters accent our home well. I would happily recommend anyone to use this business for a gutter install.

We had a continued small leak and called upon Roof Repair Specialist to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the small leak continued. However, after calling Roof Repair Specialist to reexamine the job, Chris came out to our home. He listened to my thoughts and even climbed up into our attic to examine the possible solutions to seal the leak. He even went over the photos taken from the first job to see what could have been done to prevent a ""call back"". His experience and detective skills pinpointed what needed to be done to correct the situation with no cost to us.

Needless to say, we are most grateful to Chris for his time, patience, and expertise to look over the prior job and make it right. This is the type of quality service you would expect from a business that looks after its customers...Much appreciation.

Also, Jenna and the represenatives on the phone are always helpful and cheerful which is a nice bonus!

We had a new roof installed and it looks great, however we were surprised and disappointed by a few things. First, the cost went up considerably after our old roof was ripped up and the wood was revealed. I understand that wood damage can't all be spotted initially, but we were concerned about the price of lumber these days and raised this point specifically with Mike, who checked his notes and told us 'we should be good'. This factored heavily into our decision to even proceed with the new roof, in retrospect we would have waited. Also, we had a few issues with debris, nails, etc being left behind.

This review is far overdue! Working with Roof Repair Specialist was by far one of the easiest experiences we've ever had with a home repair company. We had dry rot on a portion of our roof, and Scott came out the next day, did a thorough inspection, sent the estimate immediately after, and a couple days later the team arrived and fixed it all up in no time (and no surprise, it looks better than ever!). It all happened so quickly and effortlessly, I almost forgot we had a roof problem at all. I wish all companies were as efficient as Roof Repair Specialist. They are the best!!
