I was buying my first house and the inspector who came didn't even go up on the roof since it was so steep. I was really concerned as I did not want to get into a house that was going to have allot of problems. I had heard from others in the past how they purchased a home with bad electrical or plumbing and it ended up costing them tens of thousands of dollars. I didn't want to get into a similar situation. My realtor recommends I call this company when I did I was greeted by a very nice lady on the phone and she explained the process to me. When Chris came out to do my inspection I was really wondering how he would get on my roof as it was really very steep and not walkable in my opinion. He opened his truck and took out one of those cool drones with a professional camera and conducted the inspection using the drone. I thought this to be a very interesting and safe way of inspecting a roof. He provided me with an inspection report later that day and we were good to go

Wow, very awesome service, well at least compared to other contractors. Contractors don't really have the best rep for providing any customer service. You usually get that typical stinky guy in his truck that starts ignoring your calls if he doesn't feel like talking much. Roof Repair Specialist was totally the opposite. They showed up on time, they picked up my calls and answered emails and texts and were very pleasant to work with. Daniel came out to address a concern I had and resolved it the same day.

Chris came out last week and provided me with a roof inspection report I needed for purchasing a house. The general inspector called out for the roof to be assessed by a licensed roofing professional. I called a few places and no one wanted to come out just to asses the roof. When I finally called Roof Repair specialists they said they would come out and provide a roof inspection report similar to the home inspection report that would also include a estimate for any recommendations they had. The estimate and inspection really helped both provide me with a piece of mind as well as being able to negotiate with the seller. I just closed on the house and will be calling them back to do some of the recommended work before we have any more rain. The inspection fee which was 195 will also be credited to any work done which is really great. I would highly recommend using this company for roof inspection reports when buying a house. Though I have not used them for any repairs yet I am confident based on my experience so far that they will do a good job.

One of my properties needed to repair the roof, it had accumulated water damage. I was able to call and ask for a quote, which ended up being a good price. I hired other companies before that would charge me the same price just to do a patch up job for the problem rather than tacking the big issue. I was helped by Andre that was able to explain, in detail, what the issue was and told me his approach. After hiring the Roof Repair Specialist the whole roof was done after 5 days. Andre's crew was very good. They gave me an update at the end of the day before they left to let me know what they worked on and the estimate amount of days they'd need. I no longer have to pay for more work to be done due to the water damage on the roof. Thank you for the excellent work on my roof!

I recently found myself having to address roofing issues for a family occupied, second home in the Bellflower area. While living 340+ miles north of the home, I had no idea where to start requesting bids, who will I trust? I decided to do some homework, consult yelp reviews, and settled on 3 roof contractors. While Roof Repair Specialist may not have been the most economical, they were close in price. I made the initial contact and was surprised at how well everyone was able to answer my many questions and at the lightning speed my calls, texts, and emails were answered. I was presented with the option to repair but it was evident to me that a complete roof tear down and replacement was the best alternative. All details, including shingle selection, was done over the phone prior to start of work. I am a micro-manager by nature so I drove south to oversee the work. To my amazement, the work started on time, and ended on schedule with the entire perimeter of property cleared of all debris. I want to commend the entire staff at Roof Repair Specialist for making this very stressful home improvement project go so smoothly. Andrea, Scott, Daniel, Miguel, and all members of their hard working crew did an amazing job in communicating with me and their workmanship is something to be proud of. Best part is, work was completed on a Thursday just in time for a long awaited Friday downpour. I must add that if you have a detached garage with 3 layers of old roofing as we did, TAKE THE TIME to cover everything in garage because the debris that will/may drop inside can highly increase how much of a clean up you will have to face at the end. However, RRS took great care in cleaning up all dust, nails, and debris at the end of each workday.
I highly recommend RRS to anyone in need of roof repair/redo. You will not regret it.

Called them on a Saturday afternoon looking for someone to do a same-day inspection after another company bailed. Despite the short notice, they were able to get a roof inspector out within two hours. Their inspector was prompt, communicative, and professional. He gave me an on-the-spot roofing quote, and I had an inspection report back within 24 hours. Roof Repair Specialist has also been very responsive and professional in answering all my questions and helping me figure out the best way to repair my roof.
Haven't yet scheduled the work, but will update upon completion.

I have dealt with this company couple of times to fix different issues on my roof. They are always fast and responsive. They do clean work at a reasonable price. They always answer my calls, at most times of the day. The technicians are very clean which is rare to find in any construction trade.
