I had a leaking roof and it caused my ceiling to get discolored(yellow). After telling my landlord multiple times, I decided to call a roofing company myself to come check it out and that's when I called roof repair specialist and had Flavio come out. Our entire buildings roof was falling apart and he gave an estimate to fix the roof above our unit and an estimate for the entire building. Then I emailed that estimate to our landlord with the pictures that Flavio had provided. My landlord was surprised at how bad the condition of the roof was and he apologized for not taking action sooner. We got our entire buildings roof replaced and we have had no issues since. Buying paint and trying to cover the yellow spots on the ceiling was getting really annoying. I am so glad I found roof repair specialist because if it wasn't for Flavio's estimate and pictures then my landlord would have continued to avoid the situation. I will definitely be recommending them.

What a great company, we worked with Scott and he was communicative, efficient, and gave us a reasonably priced quote of work to be done.

My dog was also a big fan of his, I had to have her with me during these contractor inspections of our new home before we moved in, and she's always weary of strangers. He saw she was nervous, got down on the floor with her, and pet her while he talked to me about our roof. It's little things like that kind of customer service you never see anymore that made me really appreciate this company.

A fair Estimate was given. The process to get the work started was extremely easy. On the day of the job the roofer crew showed up early and were ready to go. Job was done very well they also cleaned up after themselves. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them for you roofing needs. We have had two major rain events since the repair and there are no leaks. Very happy to have done business with the Roof Repair Specialist.

I was really pleased with this company. The guy who inspected the roof , Cory was pleasant professional and quick(the estimate was received in hours). The crew were scheduled within a couple of days of my acceptance of the estimate and they were busy repairing on schedule. The crew themselves, Luis, Lupe and Cortez; were professional pointing out a couple of other issues (bee hive) but worked around them and finished within a day. I'm a happy client.

Our company requires three estimates for each project. After getting two high priced estimates I called Roof Repair Specialist as my third. Scott came out today. It was immediately obvious he was not only friendly and detail oriented, but also very knowledgeable. Our inspection was very detailed and clear. Scott was happy to do multiple estimates for a full roof or partial depending on what we could afford.
When the guys came to do the work they were on time and professional. There was and issue once the took the old roof off their was some additional repairs they needed to do and I thought ""here we go, the big overcharged change"". That was not the case at all. The addition was very reasonable and again very clear what was happening.
Scott and Andre were honest and helpful and I will definitely have them back when I get the rest of the roof done!
