Horrible experience with this company. Hail damaged required a new roof. Dennis seemed a great guy and we agreed a price and time line. Price and timeline were honored however my new roof leaked. I requested multiple times they repair and they refused to honor thier warrenty or repair my leaking roof. I have all the email strings documenting the back and forth with Dennis where in the refused to repair my now leaking roof.

Today I have another team of roofers repairing the water damage caused by the SPC roof leaking for the last 2 years which I am paying out of pocket.

We had to address a few gutter issues after we added a new patio cover to our home. I called SPC Construction & Roofing based on a few reviews I read on yelp. SPC is an excellent company to work with. They came out and did an estimate in a very timely manner, the estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. They scheduled my work and showed up as planned, finished on schedule and left the work area clean and tidy. If you are looking to get it right the first time around I would highly recommend you give them a call.

We recently needed to reroof our house. SPC Construction & Roofing had originally reroofed a smaller property we own and did a very good job so we decided to try them again. The roof on our house was a much larger undertaking and had several challenging areas. Zach King was the person that handled both jobs and was our point-of-contact for everything. Zach worked with our insurance company and was able to install a higher quality roof then the one we had. Because this would be the 2nd roof SPC installed, Zach gave us a pricer ridge line that really stood out and made the roof look like it was three times more expensive than it was. Both times we used SPC I feel like Zach gave us a little extra which increased the value of the roof. Zach answered every text and phone call I made immediately. Chris was the person I talked to daily about the job progress. I would generally see him in the morning and again when they were finished for the day. He would immediately update me on any changes or challenges. He checked the attic daily so as to make sure there were no problems created by the nails. Both Chris and Zach were very friendly and communicate with. Chris was particularly patient with my lack of roof/structure terminology. He and Zach both made sure I completely understood their answers to my questions. I would not think twice about recommending SPC to anyone.

Just had a roof installed by SPC Construction & Roofing. They did an excellent job. We worked with Zach King. The company did everything as promised. Roof was done in 1 day and the clean up was great! They even shook the plants to get stuff to fall out.
Two of the crew managers came the next day for a 2nd clean up, including magnets.
They worked with our insurance company, which was very helpful.
Would recommend this company -- outstanding job!

I would definitely recommend SPC! They have done two roofs for me recently and a number of roofs in the neighborhood. Donn was on site when the work was being done and was great at dealing with the insurance company.

We had a tree fall on our house and Jonathan and his team were right out to fix everything. Even though the roof was years old they were able to match the shingle color exactly. After they were done you couldn't even tell they were there or there was ever any damage.
