I highly recommend Spartan Siding for all your siding replacement needs. I needed siding replaced because the home that my wife and I live in is an older house built around early to mid 80's and many of the fixtures need a replacement. I called Spartan Siding and requested an appointment and Anthony came out to offer his best recommendation. What I like about Spartan generally and with Anthony/Jimmy specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect while the crew was replacing the siding. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project. I appreciated the transparency of all the steps that were going to occur to replace the siding. I had researched workmanship that occur from their webpage and that was the determining factor that I used to convinced myself to hire them. As long as their workmanship never wavers and their strive is to satisfy the customer continues, I will always use Spartan Siding and will highly recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

We had a great experience with Spartan Exteriors when we had James Hardie exterior siding panels installed for our house. They were installed over the original plywood panels (using it as the substrate), which eliminated most of the potential demo (and the mess of demo!), and gave us a faster completion time. The crew took the right amount of time to do it right - I really appreciate this kind of professionalism. The crew showed clear knowledge and experience for properly installing Hardie products, which is key to a quality finish and long-term resilience.

The entire crew had wonderful attitudes about the work and were easy to talk to when something needed to be discussed. The project manager supported the crew well, was very fast to respond when they needed additional materials. He checked in with me and the crew regularly, and pitched in to help when needed.

We had some areas that presented challenges to the siding crew especially the walls behind our HVAC and city utilities equipment -- the crew did an amazing job installing around these items and still making the siding look great. All of the siding and trim work look really great and give our home a fresh new look.
