I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to look at a roof repair. They never bother to call me back. they originally installed my roof.They have not bothered to return my call or helped me out in any way

We had a small leak after all the recent, numerous, long-lasting pounding rains. Knowing that small leaks will become LARGE leaks, we called the roofing company that re-roofed our home in 2021. I didn't expect that the OWNER of the company was coming to inspect. OK, I'm impressed. He called about 10 minutes before his arrival...On-Time! He introduced himself in a professional, congenial manner. He quickly finished his inspection and explained that he would take care of it! He told me not to worry, he would go to the shop to get the material and be back at 8:00 AM. He was not done. He noticed our gutters were filled with leaves and suggested gutter guards. I explained we had estimates from three companies that were way out of our budget. He then took his time and measured the gutters, called his supplier, and made the order for me. The total was 90% less than the least expensive quote. Unbelievable, this guy is! Mike is his first name, it should be customer service. I will call him effervescent. You should call him too!

Spangler came out to give an estimate for possible roof repair. There was evidence of roof leak, but they were helpful in cleaning the ceiling area where moisture had occurred from inside the home. Thank you for your prompt assistance with our potential leak and repair.

We had our entire roof replaced last year - nothing but problems since. After the initial installation, the roof leaked twice after minimal rain. They happily came out both times and claim that it was fixed. The first big rain we got, it leaked again in the same places. Now, they refuse to work on it, claiming that our roof is fine but our siding is bad. Were we ever told that? Absolutely not! Their advice is to put in an insurance claim? Ridiculous. As a result of the continued leaking, we have damage to our hardware floors and part of our ceiling is now falling in - both problems that were never there BEFORE we got the new roof. Although nice people, they don't support their service. Big waste of time and money -- DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Run away from this company they are the ripped off we agreed upon the price and they double it by the time its done they left the rotten wood in place and did not removed it and the satelitte dish hanging on the side poor costumer service .Dont ever use this company to avoid being ripped Off.

I highly recommend Spanger Roofing. I was in a panic I saw a small stain in my dining area. I heard from Mike the same day. Very next day Mike arrived with his efficient helper. They repaired a small hole and as a bonus repaired my dining area stain. Mike and his crew are awesome. Efficient, reliable and very fair pricing. I have used Mike and his men previously and they will always be my go to roofers. No sales pressure at all.

I called them on a Saturday and someone called me back within a couple of hours. They scheduled me for an estimate on Tuesday. The estimate for a full roof replacement was the same was another roofer had quoted me for a repair only. I signed the contract and the roof was completed two days after the permit was issued. Final permit closed with no issues. They provided me with photos from start to finish and the site was completely clean when they finished. Great job!

I cannot imagine why anyone would choose another roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area. Mike Spangler, the owner, came to my house for an estimate and indicated that I might be able to squeeze another year out of my roof. I thought that was very honest. I decided to do the re-roofing job prior to the next rainy season and I hired Spangler Roofing. His crew is friendly, efficient, fast and they not only protect everything around the house, but clean up after each day's work. During hurricane Irma, my chimney cap and the supporting beams suffered damage and Mike took care of that repair without an extra charge to me. When the county inspector came out to review the job, on completion, he said, ""This is an outstanding job."" Of course I already knew that. As an aside, Mike's foreman has been with him for over 25 years and among his workers are the foreman's son, his son, his daughter (office) and his daughter's husband. They are all enthusiastic, dedicated workers which from what I have observed in the industry is rather rare. You cannot go wrong with hiring Spangler Roofing for your roofing needs!

I have been communicating with Mike and Jessica and they have been nothing but super professional and honest. They don't beat around the bush or try and push you into purchasing something you don't necessarily need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPANGLER ROOFING. They deserve more than five stars.
