I can't speak to their actual work, but their communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I left a voicemail which was not returned. Also sent an email which didn't receive a response. Following up with them again via email did receive a response, but very short one liners, with a request that I measure my own roof for a quote. Enough red flags for me to not do business with them.

Since requesting a quote to power wash and repair my roof, Carmelo was always very responsive and attentive. His crew came on that day and did a great, clean job on the repairs. The quality of work is superb and top notch. They did not miss any details and cleaned up after themselves. Carmelo, the owner, is a true professional and provides great customer service. I usually don't write reviews for businesses, but Carmelo went beyond in helping me repair the damage and even drove all the way back to my place to drop off the leftover paint from the project. Carmelo replaced the flushing of the HVAC vent pipe that was poorly done by another HVAC guy. Carmelo also helped me to customize the door for fitting the opening of the closet for HVAC units.
