Got our roof done by these guys after they came and inspected my roof, and I. The process messed up my current shingles. Then said that's what was needed to fully inspect my roof. They gave me a quote, and I did trust them. They were believable. When it came time for roof job, one one was here to supervise, the drip edge was wrong size, shingles looked like crap, nails were EVERYWHERE. It was the worst process ever and I regret ever getting it replaced. My old roof that was 20 years old looked better and held up better than this was has in the last couple years. They also messed up wood siding and never repaired. THIS OWNER AND THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Do NOT put your trust or money in them.

I had a leak in my roof above my daughters room. They charged me 200 dollars to pour black caulk on some nails on my roof. They were on my roof for ten minutes. I had another contractor come out and show me where the section of the roof was rotted, shingles missing and the hole in the roof where the leak was occurring. Space City roofing will tell you everything you want to hear to make you feel good but at the end of the day, do not trust them. I got on the roof with the other vendor and he showed me the damage and the poor caulk job. I am thoroughly disappointed in space city roofing and wasted 200 dollars. What a joke!

If you are looking into getting a new roof I strongly advise using these guys. I had given up looking for a good roofer and I thought the insurance company had all of the power to deny my hail damage, but one day Timothy Todd from Space City Roofing came to my house and took the time to explain all of my rights as a home owner and basically he did ALL of the work to fight the insurance company and get them to accept my claim for hail damage. Before Tim showed up I was hopeless with a damaged roof. After Timothy was finished doing all of the work for me the insurance company came back and paid for my roof in full. Tim even pointed out to the adjusters where I had extra minor damage to help me get other credits aimed towards my deductable so that inside of me paying a $4,300 ded I only ended up paying $493!!! This is not a joke and I do not work for them. I just feel that they deserve a great review. Timothy and Space city roofing were like God sent angles to my doorstep. They were fast in getting the new roof up and did an excellent job in workmanship. Much better than I could ask of any contractor. They are quick and very professional. Go on their website and write these guys phone number down and keep it for the future when your roof needs replacing. They have the best guarantees and the best quality of shingles in the industry. Robert at Space City Roofing worked with the Texas Windstorm adjuster to get us a complete new roof after the 10/31/15 Tornado in Friendswood. Our roof replacement was a one day job for them, 22 squares. Their attention to the cleanup was wonderful. I have found only 1 roofing nail since they left.

Excellent job!! I called to have someone check roof damage after hail storm & strong winds. Mike came over immediately. He explained the process and we agreed on everything he recommended. He helped us contact Windstorm & get case number. After State approval, his crew showed up early on the morning he told us & they started right to work. Worked non-stop for almost 12 hours - until it was too dark for them to continue. Came back early the next day & finished the project within an hour. They re-roofed the house, breezeway & garage. He handled ALL the paperwork with Windstorm, got the Inspector, the Certificates, etc. We were very pleased. Not much for use to do, but sign paperwork & check. Highly recommended.
