Soza Roofing is the best! They are family owned with a personal touch but big enough to take on any job. They are professional, very reasonably priced, quality driven, and communicate well (unusual for a services company these days). I had a leak in the garage under some barrel tile and also needed a small section of flat roof coated with silicone (the entire roof is over 12 years old). Eddy Sr. came to assess the situation personally and a quote was received in short order. After a couple of rain delays, they sent Rene and Sergio to do the work. These guys were relentless in finding the source of the leak and even went a little further so they could replace the damaged deck boards underneath. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves as they went. They were determined to do the job right and shows how much Soza Roofing cares about their quality reputation and their customers. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you Eddy Sr., Eddy Jr., Kelvin, Rene and Sergio. Great job!

In December of 2022, we had Soza Roofing replace our roof. While we were initially happy with their work and I am supportive of family owned businesses, I am very disappointed with Soza Roofing. They boasted that they had a 10 year warranty on their work and it's been less than 10 months and they are not honoring it.
Recently with the heavy rains we noticed wet spots appearing on our kitchen ceiling. I had recently recommended Soza Roofing to my neighbors and they were working next door so I asked if someone could pop over to look at the problem. After many missed appointments someone finally came over and said the problem was with a new hurricane window that we had installed prior to the roof work. Believing them I got up on the roof to figure out how I could fix the window, but what I saw made me realize it was a lie. There were areas where one roof joined the wall that were not sealed. So I called them back and Eddy Soza Sr. eventually came by and spoke to my wife and assured her that it was not the window, but condensation from the air conditioning. It was a 'coincidence' that it just happened to be directly below where I found the leak. He said that he ran the hose on the spot and nothing happened, but when he left I felt the area and it was wet to the touch.
I immediately called Mr Soza but now they have simply stopped taking my calls or responding to my text.
I apologize in advance to my neighbor for recommending Soza Roofing and hope that she never has to rely on them to correct their shoddy work. This should have been an easy fix for them but they chose to lie and not respond when caught lying.
Very disappointed in Soza Roofing and I will not recommend them again to anyone.

I have been calling and calling for weeks, left text messages wrote emails.. so that they can come repair a simple leak in my house in South Miami causing damages to my walls, they do not pick up or return my calls. They do not honor their warranty while roof is still relatively new. I recommend you stay away from this company. I hate writing bad reviews but no choice here.
