After a two week search of roofer estimates, we hired SouthShore and we are so happy we did. Our Insurance company was dropping us and in order to pass inspection and also to upgrade our home, we needed to get a new roof, so we noticed that several of our neighbors had just recently gotten new roofs, and we took to social media to ask for our Neighbor recommendations, several of our Neighbors told us about SouthShore and were really happy with how everything worked out.

Not going to lie, they were not the cheapest, but ultimately, we felt that we wanted to go with them because of their extreme professionalism and how they presented everything to us. We actually were going to go with another roofer, but when Sean engaged us as he did, we were sold! Everything he said to us about the install, actually took place. We were given progress pictures, throughout the day of the install and our roof was installed in one day! The crew did an amazing job, I can't say enough about happy we are with our new roof. The follow-up and communication was open, honest and outstanding. If you are on the fence about who to hire, I promise you won't be let down by this company. They did an amazing job and while it was pricey, they stand by their work and bottom line, you get what you pay for.

WORST SERVICE - this company came out to give me an estimate in the summer. It was like pulling teeth to get a proposal & after I finally received & accepted their proposal ... it was like pulling more teeth to get them to put me on their schedule to get my roof fixed! A few months later, a get an apology from another guy from this ""company"" & he said he would put me in the schedule ... now he's completely ghosted me. Absolutely ZERO RESPONSE from this company ... extremely unprofessional in my opinion & a total waste of my time. My roof still needs to be fixed, will never recommend this crap company

Working with Corey was a great experience. He was very attentive and follow through with everything that I needed. Job was done on time and Corey kept me apprised through the whole process. Roof looks great and I would highly recommend the business.
