W. Clay Lee founded the family business in 1985. He and his high school sweetheart, his wife, operated the company. Clay worked in the field, while Becky handled phone inquiries. At first, the company was known as Lee Renovation. Today, Southpaw Roofing, Inc. carries on the same high-quality service and family-focused values under a different name!

Dustin T. attended Lakeside High School and finished in 2004, playing baseball at the University of South Carolina Aiken. Graduating in 2009, he received a degree in Business Marketing and partnered with his business partner, David Noyce. They were both left-handed players, which is where the name Southpaw originated. Dustin married his wife, Chelsea Tyra, who is a graduate of Evans High School and graduated from Georgia Southern University. They welcomed their first son, Palmer Tyra, in 2015, and their second son, Wilkes Tyra, in 2018. Dustin resides in Augusta, GA, and is eager to building many relationships in the CSRA.
