Clay Lee started the family business in 1985. He and his high school sweetheart, his wife, managed the company. Clay was active in the field, while Becky took care of phone inquiries. Initially, the company was known as Lee Renovation. Now, Southpaw Roofing, Inc. carries on the same superior service and family-focused values under a new name!

Dustin Tyra went to Lakeside High School and finished in 2004, playing baseball at the University of South Carolina Aiken. Graduating in 2009, he received a degree in Business Marketing and teamed up with his business partner, David Noyce. Both were left-handed players, which is where the name Southpaw originated. In 2010, his wife, Chelsea Tyra, who also Evans High School and earned Georgia Southern University. They welcomed their first son, Palmer Tyra, in 2015, and their second son, Wilkes Tyra, in 2018. He lives in Augusta, GA, and looks forward to creating many bonds in the CSRA.
