Southern tide cleaned our home and did a wonderful job and amazing customer service. We called and had a estimate within a hour. Our neighbor told us about them.

We got a number of estimates for a roof wash and Southern Tide was the best price, it included gutters and driveway. They came when they said they would and were very professional. On the day of the work upon looking closely at our roof, it turned out we have very fragile painted Spanish tiles (we had been told that by our Solar installers as well.) Rather than trying to do a 1/2 baked job, Josh let us know the situation. They referred us to someone who has a cherry picker and did a small portion of the roof from the ladder to figure out what mix of solution would work best for the referral. They took drone photos and passed those along as well. They then proceeded to do our gutters and driveway. When they were done they wouldn't accept any payment since they couldn't do the roof. It is refreshing that there are honest people out there, others might have just walked around anyway and cracked/ruined our roof or just done a partial wash from the ladder.

I hired this company to pressure wash my paver driveway and pool/lanai after reading an ad on Craigslist in November, 2018. I was having a dinner party two days later and wanted the area looking nice. Total mistake!
3/6/2019 My pool still has so much sand in it, I've replaced 3 filters. My paver driveway has no sand left between the pavers.
I'm thankful I didn't have him cleaning my roof. I can only imagine what might have happened.
Owning a pressure washer and having fancy words is easy.
The first picture I'm posting is the exact picture I sent to the company so they could see my driveway.
The next 4 pictures are my driveway after Southern Tide finished the job and left my home. I called and they said I have a drainage problem which caused the mess.
The last picture is the picture of my driveway after I pressure washed it myself. It took hours to clean up the mess Southern Pride created.
