This company sent me some workers with very little experience and they did not know what they were doing. As a result, they did a terrible job and they were not able to come and correct it and, worst of all, they wanted to get paid without finishing fixing it.

The dialog starts with the convenience that Southern States Roofing Pros will provide in the claims experience.

So when you are approached with an AGREEMENT and told that sign this document will give Southern States Roofing authority to work with your insurance company, not full disclosure.

What's in the agreement? Front side, you have 3 days to cancel without obligation. Back side of your canary copy #11, 15% of the material cost that doesn't have to be proven.

This material could be as in my case 15% of $14,143.85 or $2,121.57. Oh if just happen to have a satellite dish on your roof that is no longer in service, Southern States Roofing Pros will volunteer to remove it and carry it away during your initial free roof inspection.

This could cost you as in my case $590.00, $395 for the small piece of blue tarp and $195.00 for disposal. I was not told that this was a billable action. I hope it helps.
