We had a fantastic sales guy named Matt. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the customer service side of their business needs some work. We made an appointment to have the installation done and a guy showed up and didn't have what was needed. So he said he would go get it and call us back to come back. He never called or showed back up that day. Two days went by and no one from Southern Siding called us. We had to call them to find out about our installation and when we called we could never get the right person or someone would take a message and never call us back. It took almost 3 weeks to get everything finally installed. Southern Siding definitely needs to work on their service side of the business and communicating better.

I had Southern Siding install a handicap shower in my Mother's home. The installer Lee did an excellent job. He had the old tub and shower removed and the new one installed all in one day. He was very kind and patient with my Mother and spent time talking with her often. I now feel more confident about her being safe while in the bath with all of the new handicap bars and even a seat for her to sit while showering. Lee even returned a couple of weeks later and installed a new shower head holder for her convience at no extra charge. Thanks Lee and Southern Siding.

I had a very good experience with my bathroom shower inserts. Tim and his son did an excellent job and actually cleaned up behind themselves as they worked. This company is a bit pricey but I received a great product that should last for years to come. If you are looking for fast and cheap this is NOT the company for you.

The seals are failing on previously installed windows and they have condensation between the panes and are supposed to be under warranty. I took the windows to Southern Siding on Bobby Jones and Alice looked up the ""job"" and informed me that it was done in 1997. She said that I should go home and look for a number in the seal and if there was no number she would schedule for someone to come out and measure the windows. There was no number so I called back and told her I would bring the windows in again. When I got there the ""job"" magically disappeared and she couldn't find a record of it. I left the windows and in a couple of hours got a call that said she couldn't find the job so I would have to pay $150 to get the windows fixed. I said I wanted to speak to someone else and she transferred me to Fran-the owners niece. Fran couldn't find the ""job"" either and repeatedly told me I had to produce paperwork. She then told me they didn't replace glass after Alice had already given me a price to do it. She ended up hanging up on me.

The whole experience of deciding to go with Southern for our new windows was a great and smooth decision. Everyone one was friendly and quick, sooo quick.

Joseph & Austin were friendly, informative and fast! My boys and I are quite the curious ones and they were patient with us, answering all our questions. Not to mention that the house looks and feels wonderful!

Joseph Simpson and Mike were true professionals. They showed up on time, started working right away, and continued on through the grueling heat for about 8 hours until all our windows and shutters were in place. They went above and beyond by adjusting by hand the capping on the new windows so it would match our color scheme. They walked us through the whole process and were very respectful of our house and property.
We most definitely recommend Southern Siding, our experience was excellent beginning to end.
