Southern Roofing is a locally-owned roofing business, owned by Thomas Armstrong, proudly serving the Bossier area. We started this company after realizing that residents in this region experienced limited options for top-notch roofing and general maintenance.

We take great pride in our work. The commitment we have to excellence every time is why we use hand-nailing for all of our shingle roofs instead of using nail guns.

It’s common for people to ask if I’m just a manager or if I’ve personally done roofing work. I completed my initial house more than and have been in the roofing and remodeling industry ever since. Following my time with another roofing firm, I decided to launch Southern Roofing.

What motivated me to start Southern Roofing? The answer is simple; it wasn't right that there were so few roofing services in Shreveport/Bossier that commit to honesty and quality work.

Understanding the need for reliable service for my neighbors who demand quality work is what inspired Southern Roofing. After two decades in roofing and remodeling, I can confidently say that I’ve observed many shifts.
