If I could give a lower score, I would. Do not use this company unless you are rich and time is not an issue. I was referred to Shane by a friend from the gym. I filed a claim at the end of February with my insurance to get my roof, siding, sheet rock, and fence repaired and received the check in April. Shane seemed more concerned about when he was getting the check than going over materials, colors, time frames, etc. Even my friend was blown away with how unprofessional Shane was with me and now is not going to refer anyone else to do business with him. I gave Shane the check from the insurance, thinking he needed it to order the supplies for my home, and then he made excuses for when the work would get started. He finally did my roof but now I am fighting him to get the rest of my money back because he did not finish the rest of the work (my siding, sheet rock, and fence). Very unprofessional. I could understand if someone is busy but if you are too busy to do my job, don't take my money and then blow me off for almost a year.

This is the worst most tacky, unprofessional company ive ever seen. All the contacts and phone calls and emails WE made and they still havent fixed the damage they made. They make lots of excuses. Shane never calls and emails us back to get the mess they made repaired. They damaged our brick and stained it with roofing supplies. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
