Duane Hennarichs hails from Wisconsin and relocated to South Florida soon after Hurricane Andrew. He has adeptly navigated the rapidly changing Miami-Dade County Building Codes. You may not be aware, but these codes apply to all of Broward and parts of Palm Beach County. These standards exceed the Florida Building Codes, and a thorough understanding sets contractors apart. Before starting Southern Certified Roofing, Duane M. Hennarichs served as General Superintendent for a large roofing contractor for twelve years. His role involved managing all crews, with more than one hundred workers, and overseeing subcontractors. His duties included organizing re-roofing jobs, overseeing labor costs and materials, and performing quality control inspections. Mr. Hennarichs and his team possess decades of combined experience to fulfill all your roofing requirements.
