Originally from Wisconsin, Duane Hennarichs made his way to South Florida soon after Hurricane Andrew struck. He has smoothly transitioned through the fast-changing Miami-Dade County Building Codes. You may not be aware, but these codes apply to all of Broward and parts of Palm Beach County. These codes go beyond the Florida Building Codes, and knowing them well differentiates contractors. Before founding Southern Certified Roofing, Duane M. Hennarichs spent twelve years as a General Superintendent for a large roofing contractor. His responsibilities included overseeing all crews, which numbered over one hundred workers, and managing subcontractors. He was responsible for organizing re-roofing jobs, managing labor costs and materials, and conducting quality inspections. Mr. Hennarichs and his team bring decades of collective experience to address all your roofing needs.
