Four months ago I was greeted by a happy cheerful sales person who told me how awesome the company was and how great their service and workmanship was so I've bought a $26,000 roof that I am paying for out-of-pocket so there is no insurance check involved here. Fast forward to March 20 20 I get one day notice that you're about to start the roofing job OK no problem I come home the second day after they've torn the roof off and they left a pile of debris and garbage in my lawn on my grass they left it there for three days fast forward five more days after they finally picked up the garbage they left in my yard they left a 5 gallon bucket on top of my roof and it is up there rolling around on the paper and tar that they put down so far and the salesman that was so friendly Frank mean mean and nasty and rude via text messages when I questioned why his staff blocked open one of my doors that didn't need to be blocked open since there was no roofing happening in that area I'm disappointed if I could get my money back I would pick another company they don't care for your home their customer service is greatly lacking in all of these things have made me question the quality of the roof that I've invested in and they're still not even done beware do your homework because in my community five residents told me do not use this company I didn't listen I'm very unhappy $26,000 and I'm very unhappy photos are attached

Terrible experience with this roofing company. No communication or customer service. Left all old shingle roof garbage outside my property for days. After I called them to complain, they did it a second time. I even asked to speak to the owner And after speaking to him still failed the final inspection bc his crew forgot to leave their ladder which we received a fine for. Consumers BEWARE!

South Florida Roofing did an awesome job of shingle roof replacement for one of my listings. The owner had 3 bids and South Florida Roofing won the bid. Their process for roof replacement from proposal through permit through installation has been excellent. They even had someone at the property to clean up continuously while the old roof was being removed! Communication with the office was excellent via email and phone calls almost daily and greatly appreciated throughout this process. They did exactly as they promised both verbally and in writing. My seller is happy. The buyers are pleased. South Florida Roofing showed up on time, did the work as promised and we were actually able to close 3 days early. I am so impressed with their service. If you need a new roof, check them out.
