DO NOT do business with these people. Although the girl that answers the phone sounds sweet and nice, nothing gets done! I signed a contract in November 2018 and my impact windows are still not completed. They installed the wrong ones, they leak, the handle fell off, one won't lock, etc. No one will fix them. They applied for a building permit without my signature (someone else signed it!). The permit expired and they said they would renew it, but they didn't and now I'm stuck. I can't renew it...it has to be the company that originated it. The county wants to fine me $500 because the permit expired without a final inspection, but the windows will not pass inspection. I can't afford to lose the money I paid for these windows...very expensive.
