South County Roofing just completed some long deferred maintenance on our tiled roof. They replaced broken tiles, fixed slipped tiles, gutter cleaning, resealed the vents and reset the ridge tiles. From the estimate to completing the job, Jesse was a pleasure to work with. Communication was great and his knowledge was extensive. We look forward to using them again for our maintenance plan in the future. They were the best priced option for the work being performed against competitors in the area. I felt that I was getting the most honest feedback and was not pressured with upselling things the roof didn't need.

I called South County Roofing several times and completed the online form with the detailed requested information for a roof repair inspection and estimate. Unfortunately, I never received a return call or an email over an entire week. South County Roofing may have fancy marketing strategies, but it also has terrible follow-up with some potential customers. Save yourself some time and headaches. Find yourself another roofing company that respects your time and actually contacts you about your roofing concerns.

After receiving 3 different quotes to replace our entire tile roof I called South County Roofing. To say that it was a stellar decision is an understatement. Brian came out and explained everything very easily and concisely. He also explained how long tile roofs can actually last. The other contractors simply just wanted our money. We had all the suggested roof repairs done. Just this last Tuesday California had a torrential rain storm. We had been out of town and believe me the roof was on my mind. We came home to no drama, no leaks, nothing~! I cannot thank Brian and his professional team enough~! I haven't done roof maintenance for five years. When I found that the roof of the garage had water stains I was worried whether it was leaking. So I requested and Brian responded quickly. Today Jesse came to do a comprehensive inspection of the roof. He told me that he didn't think the water stains in garage were caused by new leaks. Also he suggested that I wait until it rains hard to make sure there is no water leak. Plus he explained the whole roof condition in details with polite manners. My experience today makes me understand why Brian' team have so many good reviews. They are indeed rather professional.
