I am so impressed with South Bay Roofing! They just completed replacement of our lower roof as we are coming to the completion of a major renovation. We had the upper roof replaced last year with one of Tesla's vendors and we were worried that the lower roof wouldn't match since we were going to have to have it replaced at a later date. I think I can sum up my review by saying that I wish we had used South Bay roofing for our entire roof replacement instead of just the lower part.

Kenny and Ronny showed up right at 8:30 every day and didn't mess around. They were friendly, professional, and proficient throughout the entire process. Most of all, they really knew what they were doing and the end result shows. They really went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the roof installed properly, but it looks beautiful too. They were very detail-oriented down to each piece of flashing. They also replaced some missing fascia boards and those turned out awesome.

Ronny and Kenny spent 4 full days at the job site to make sure the roof was done right, even though it was a relatively small portion of the roof. They cleaned up at the end of each day and also didn't seem to mind that we had other workers at the house. They just focused and did their own thing.

Vivian in the office was also super friendly and was always available to answer my questions. Johnny came out to give the original estimate and was also friendly and knowledgeable about roofs.

I also felt their price was competitive, especially considering the quality of workmanship and materials used.

I will gladly and happily recommend SouthBay Roofing to my friends and colleagues.

These guys are super quick to respond. We had an emergency roof leak right in the middle of the raining season last year. Other companies we called said they couldn't help until a week later. Lucky for us we called these guys. They fixed our roof within 2 hours that afternoon and charged us a very reasonable price too. I will definitely call them up again if we need any future services.
