Richard Kim is the dedicated Founder and CEO of SBHR. Raised by hardworking South Korean immigrants, Richard has made Torrance and the South Bay his home since 1985. Following his college years, he entered the realms of real estate and finance, ultimately beginning his construction career by building laundromats from the ground up. From that point on, Richard has immersed himself in construction, advancing from entry-level jobs to senior management and consulting roles. Richard drives SBHR with a strong dedication to making homeowners' dreams come true. With 20+ years in every part of the construction process, he is committed to engaging with each client to review design ideas, material preferences, and expectations.
