Richard Kim proudly leads SBHR as its Founder and CEO. Raised by hardworking South Korean immigrants, Richard has made Torrance and the South Bay his home since 1985. Post-college, he explored real estate and finance, eventually launching his construction career by creating laundromats from the ground up. Since then, Richard has fully engaged in the construction industry, moving up from entry-level positions to high-level management and consulting. He leads SBHR with a deep commitment to transforming homeowners' visions into reality. With over twenty years of experience in all facets of construction, he is motivated to meet with each client to explore design concepts, material selections, and project expectations.

Fun Fact: Richard is a proud dog owner of six (yes, 6!) furry friends.
