Richard Kim proudly leads SBHR as its Founder and CEO. With roots in a hardworking South Korean immigrant family, Richard has resided in Torrance and the South Bay since 1985. Post-college, he explored real estate and finance, eventually launching his construction career by creating laundromats from the ground up. From that point on, Richard has immersed himself in construction, advancing from entry-level jobs to senior management and consulting roles. At the helm of SBHR, Richard is passionate about realizing the aspirations of homeowners. Bringing more than two decades of experience across all areas of construction, he is eager to connect with every client to discuss design options, material choices, and project goals.

Fun Fact: Richard is a proud dog owner of six (yes, 6!) furry friends.
