As the Founder and CEO of SBHR, Richard Kim takes pride in his work. Raised by hardworking South Korean immigrants, Richard has made Torrance and the South Bay his home since 1985. Post-college, he explored real estate and finance, eventually launching his construction career by creating laundromats from the ground up. Since then, Richard has fully engaged in the construction industry, moving up from entry-level positions to high-level management and consulting. Richard drives SBHR with a strong dedication to making homeowners' dreams come true. Bringing more than two decades of experience across all areas of construction, he is eager to connect with every client to discuss design options, material choices, and project goals.
