I'd dealt with a major roofing company in Riverside and the phone rep was absolutely insulting and said they couldn't get to me for at least a week-and-a-half. Hung up and checked Yelp and found Henry Soto's five-star ratings. I was impressed so called him around 4:00 p.m. He responded at 8:30 the next morning and fixed my roof before the rain came. Thank you, Henry, you have great customer service and do excellent work. I'm calling you again when I need your help.

Henry was great! Had two tiles that were broken and needed replacing. Henry was able to bring matching tiles after just looking at my home on Google maps. He replace the two tiles and fixed the roofing paper underneath within an hour. He did everything he could to save me money, and was very professional. Walked around my house with me to show me signs to look for to determine whether there were any other roof issues. Highly recommended!

I had what I thought was a small roofing issue (1-2 loose tiles) and called several roofing companies who thought the job was too small and were not interested.
Henry of Soto Roofing scheduled a visit on first contact, quoted a very fair price, turned up exactly on time and when it turned out it was more than 2 tiles, fixed the additional tiles as well at the same time.
I have a high roof and the spot was above a patio roof, so it was a little difficult to access, this was not an issue.
Pricing was very reasonable and Henry is not only a true professional but also a pleasure to deal with. I know my roof is in much better shape now.

Given the amount of rain and calls roofing companies are getting Soto Roofing Service not only answered my call they kept their word on coming out to my property to inspect my leaking roof. Henry was clear and honest about the amount of work that was needed to be done and cost. Once the contract was done Henry gave me a time the crew was going to start working , sure enough they were here at the time that was promised. The crew of 2 were clean and professional.

Overall I would recommend Soto Roofing Services to Everyone. Great clean work and honesty is hard to come by and that's what I got. I hope I never need them again but if I or anyone I know needs a roofer I will definitely use or recommend Soto Roofing.

Just bad... It all starts with having a great attitude towards your potential customer in person or over the phone. Of course he did not get the Job, it was a no brainer.
