I don't give five stars usually, but I have to say SoTex made me a lifetime customer. I had a roof leak around the chimney area and the guy came out for estimate and told me the roofers that replaced my roof a year ago failed to replace the flashing around chimney and it had a hole where rain was starting to leak into the attic. Instead of trying to up-sale me into expensive repairs or even a new roof he said it was quick fix and used some super sealer and said if I needed to replace roof in future due to hail, etc, they could replace it all then. After the last rain it seems he fixed the leak. The professionalism and expert knowledge was impressive and I will definitely use SoTex when I need future roofing or siding projects. Thanks SoTex!

I could not be more confident in recommending this company. The owner came out and gave us a free estimate during our home inspection. The roof had been patched three times and the covered front and back decks screamed of a ""brother-in-law special"". The project was definitely a challenge that took a full 2 days to complete but was done within 10 days of closing. Giovanni made sure the work was done right. It is comforting to know that the contractor working on your house takes such pride in his work. Very pleasant to talk to and great at communicating during the process.

We had a terrific experience with this company. We were not expecting to replace the roof for another year or so. Following a surprise hail storm, I contacted SoTex and was greeted with a ""Ill have someone at your house to inspect for hail damage in 45 minutes. This way you don't file a claim unless it is needed."" Giovanni came out and was on time and professional. He took pictures and then informed me that I had a large amount of hail damage. He returned when my insurance guy came out to inspect. The roof was totaled by the insurance adjustor. He then replaced my roof 4 days later. The roof was demo'd and replaced in one day (may varies depending on where you live.) He explained what made his company's roof better then everyone else's, spoke about attic fans, colors schemes and treated my roof like it was his. Fantastic job!

I called for a quote to replace some missing shingles. The first quote I got was from a local company for a lot.
I called so Tex exteriors for a quote. The worker came and gave me a quote for less than half (20%) of the quote from the first company. He also fixed some repairs from a previous company. He also carries replacement shingles and fixed all the problems immediately.
Call this company and you will NOT be disappointed. R/jlp
