George is super easy to work with! When going through the bidding process he answered a MILLION questions after providing me with a very complete bid and reference list. When it was time to start, he called me about a week ahead of time. His crew was PHENOMENAL! They worked really hard and it shows! When the city inspector came out, he told me that if he needed a new roof, he'd call SOS - that speaks volumes!

I called five roofers in the Concord area as I needed a new roof on my daughter's home. All were highly rated. George returned my call the same day and came to look at the roof a day or two later. Turns out George was the ONLY one who returned my call. He prepared a prompt, detailed and fair bid. I was so impressed, I didn't even look for another bid. Great communication along with excellent work. It was like having a trusted friend handle the job. Do yourself a favor and call SOS first!

This past Summer I had several roofing contractors look at re-roofing our home. George was both the quickest to respond, and the quickest to quote the job. He was backlogged about 3 months at the time, as were most of the other contractors I contacted. Fortunately the rain held off this year and SOS was able to complete the work before the rainy season started. Back in August George told me the day they would start in November, and that is exactly the day they started work. His very courteous crew arrived a half hour earlier than he did, and went right to work. I thought there would be a mess with the old roof coming off, but it was done very neatly with the old roofing materials directed to a single dumpster trailer. We had a fair amount of dry rot, that was replaced on a time and materials basis. George provided invoices from a local lumber yard for those materials, no mark-up. The new roof looks great. SOS is a certified contractor for the shingle manufacturer so that improves the warranty George can offer. Seriously, I don't think there is anything they could have done better.

S.O.S. Roofing, o rated by George Padilla installed a roof and rain gutters on our home in August 2019. George's bid was certainly a fair price and equally important was his prompt response to every question we had along with George's describing the different materials available as well as helpful suggestions regarding installation of some venting. In addition, S.O.S. started the work when George said it start and completed it when he said it would be finished. George's crew were particularly diligent and cleaned up all the debris at the end of each day. Having a roof installed can be daunting but George/S.O.S. Roofing made it easy. A true craftsman and professional that I would recommend to anyone!

We just had our roof replaced (asphalt shingle) in October by SOS Roofing. I love that owner George Padilla drops in while work is being done to make sure the client is happy, and can answer questions, etc. SOS also did the neighbor behind us & we are both very happy. Professionalism, quality, warranty, and workmanship are top notch. We got several quotes prior to talking to George and were very disheartened by how much we were quoted ($17-$39k) as our house is only 1 story and 1250 sq. ft! I highly suggest you give him a call if you are looking for a roofing company you can trust, at a reasonable price!

I cannot say enough positive things about George and SOS Roofing. Honest, dependable, and overall great work-what more could you ask for. And he is very reasonably priced and truly understands client service.
Recently, I had a rood leak around my skylight, and George came out right away to take a look and assess the problem. He fixed it within a few days once the weather cleared. He then follow-ed up with me to ensure that the repairs worked. What a great guy and excellent client service.

SOS roofers did a great job on my roof in July of 2018. They also helped me with some decorative woodworking that had rotted away from the from of the house. This extra work caused them to work over a weekend which they had no problem with. They are extremely knowledgeable and their many years in the business shows when planning and executing the ir projects.

We received multiple quotes and although SOS Roofing was not the cheapest - George had great communication and was very pleasant during the estimate process. I am so glad we moved forward with him! There were a few rain delays but that was expected when receiving an estimate in December. His team came in and quickly removed and installed the new roof. They cleaned the backyard and front yard at the end of each day to ensure there were no nails or debris in walkways.

George and his team were wonderful to work with. Even though we had to wait to get our roof replaced because they had other customers booked ahead of us, George made sure that our existing roof was patched to prevent further damage while we waited. He came back several times to drop off samples for us to review. Once it was time to get the roof installed, he was very careful to pick a week that called for no chance of rain. His team was very efficient and got a large roof done in four days with minimal disruption to our lives. The rates were reasonable and they stayed within our estimated budget. Highly recommend SOS Roofing!
