Exterior Paint: The HOA of my townhouse community mandated the exterior of the house painted. As a working mom with a young child, I was too busy and waited until the last minute to get it done. Luckily, I ran into Arly and her husband, while they were replacing the roof at my parents' house. They were so knowledgeable, professional, and so patient with my older parents, which really impressed me. They visited my townhouse, provided an estimate, picked out paint colors, power washed, and painted all in 1 week. After the work was finished Arly came out to ensure the quality of the work and found places for touch ups that I did not even see. My neighbor next door and across the street were so impressed with the result, so they hired them to paint their houses as well!
Roofing: When I needed someone to address a roof leak 2 months later, I naturally picked up the phone and called Arly right away. They came out the next day, found the source of the leak, and fixed it all within an hour. It was SATURDAY afternoon, and they were half an hour early! In my experience, it is incredibly rare for contractors to be on-time and available on the weekends. On both jobs, they were on time every time! They are friendly and trustworthy with reasonable quotes. Bottom line, Arly and Mendoza are good people who do good honest work. I am so thankful that I found Soriano Roofing.
