One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They put my roof on 15 years ago and I have had repeated leaks which has done considerable damage to my home. When I called them last week to come fix a new leak (outside of the warranty but I wasn't asking for free service) they finally called me back and said they were too busy and that I should call someone else. When I had another roofing company come out they told me how poorly built this roof was. I now need to put $2000 into a roof that's supposed to last 50 years because of poor workmanship

This company is a joke !
They usually do roofing jobs for cheap home builders like Beazer homes. They are the worst contractors in terms of the poor job quality and very bad customer service. They don't take responsibility after they get your money and make hundreds excuses not to apply your warranty for their poor quality repair or installation . If i had free time i would hire an attorney to open a lawsuit on these guys. They practice under different names every couple yeas since there are so many complain from home owners !

Clearly explained repairs necessary: Examined roof and came down ladder to explain exactly what repairs were needed.
Able to provide cost estimate: Gave an exact amount which was less than the original estimate - always a happy thing to hear :-)
Respectful of my property: Very much so, and insisted on cleaning up the yard of the gutter debris
Quick to resolve/repair issue: Took care of all the necessary repairs and had the exact matching tiles for our home with him so the job could be completed in one trip. The company keeps out tile information in their system, so we don't have to. This is the third time we've used this company. Although, it took some time to get a call back and set an appointment, we've always been very pleased with the service persons that arrive and get the job done.

Very frustrating dealing with Sonoran Roofing. They originally installed our roof 10 years ago. We have had several leaks and the latest one is due to the tile not overlapping enough to have proper coverage. (Their diagnosis) We have waited 3 months to have them come to our home so that repairs can begin. Now they say they can only do small repairs and that an entire portion of the roof needs to be removed, re-papered, and that we need 2 additional pallets of tile due to improper coverage from the onset. We were not asking for warranty work, just a bid and to have our roof repaired. They flat out told us they did not have the ability to do the job. Not only do we have a poor quality roof that was originally installed by this company, but they are not even willing to do repairs even if they are paid for the job. I'm afraid they did such a poor job originally that they can not even fix their own mistakes!! Anyone know a good roofer who can do repair work?

I had five different bids and although Sonoran was not the cheapest (mid pack) they stipulated everything that was going to be done in the contract, so there were no 'hidden costs' that the other bidders did not do. I knew exactly what the cost was going to be from the jump.

Mike, our sales and general liaison was very professional. The owner, Rick came to the site several times to make sure that all was on track. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend using this roofer (we had concrete tile put down) to anyone. Great job!

I have been trying to get an estimate for gutter work for over 2 months. I emailed and called and was told someone would be out. NO SHOW. Called again and was assured someone would be out. NO SHOW. Called again and a field tech called and said he would be out the next day or Monday. NO SHOW AND NO CALL. If you need work done that requires someone to show up, do not call this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
