Since our inception in 1987, Soni Construction Inc. has focused on building homes of varying sizes in communities throughout North and South Carolina. Over the years, we have honed our craft, mastering the art of constructing homes that range from $250,000 to custom multi-million dollar residences.

In 1995, we began our journey in commercial construction, accumulating more than two decades of experience in constructing retail shopping centers, office buildings, dining establishments, and custom commercial ventures.
