1. They are fraudulent. They provide a lower initial quote, but once the contract is signed, they raise the price citing various manipulated reasons. I strongly advise against their services. They use outdated roofing materials from storage. Worst quality on work

Showed up for a 3-5 pm window at 6:36pm, even though they insisted i had to be at home between that window¡! No text/ email stating they would be late. Proceeded to bang on my front door at 6:59pm to I assume talk. Quoted me inaccurately. I had CLEARLY stated 3 rooves needed to be replaced. I reached out stating I needed the 3 rooves Quoted. They responded with a 2 roof quote, again I replied I need 3 rooves Quoted. Honestly lack of respect on my time, the inability to understand a two line communication of my request which was simply."" I need a quote for the replacement on the 3 rooves on my property"" some how managed to be too much to grasp.

Very impressed with this company! They came out quickly and got to work as soon as the permit came through which was only a couple days, they put a tarp and sandbags up in the meantime so I didnt get anymore water intrusion. They repaired my flat roof and provided pictures of each stage of the process. Ricardo and his team were extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them!
