Joe & team have handled two different projects for me - and they did an incredible job on both! The first was addressing water intrusion in my home & repairs to the balcony/patio. The second was replacing broken tiles on my roof, sealing vents/flashings on my roof, and fixing my rain gutters. Joe was very thoughtful & methodical in diagnosing the issues - and he was spot on. He communicated process & progress regularly - and was extremely patient in explaining all the details step-by-step. For both jobs, Joe went above & beyond what was expected. My living room was leaking over the holidays. I called Joe at Solution Roofing and despite the holiday season, he rushed to inspect my house with no hesitation. It was pouring rain and windy and he delivered. He responded with urgency, he was respectful, he went over different options and let me tell you every penny was worth it! After he was done fixing my roof, he still came by a couple times to check on it because we continued to get rain. I am beyond satisfied and thankful.
