In my search to replace my air conditioner unit, I found the best customer service, best deal, and quality of work; with Corey McDaniel from SolReliable. He is very knowledgeable, his customer service skills are excellent, He got me the best deal possible, He was there from start to finish of the project. My air conditioner unit is perfect. I am very pleased and satisfied with their excellent performance. Thank you Corey and his team.

Danny was very friendly and accommodative. The crew went out of their way to help with different small things not required by the contract, and finished their job in a timely and friendly manner. I was given pictures of the attic which I cannot reach myself.

I really wanted to like this company but unfortunately all I ever got from them was the run around. I would have given them a 1 star review but since they always followed up regardless of the fact that they never followed through it seems that they deserve some credit.
I first contacted SolReliable a few months ago to get a quote on replacing our entire house and garage roof. When their rep came out (Jacob, whom has since left the company), he came ill-prepared to take measurements of the roof (no ladder etc, he had to borrow one from the other roofer that had come out to give us a quote). On top of that he proceeded to give us a 45 min audio visual demo on how great the company was and try to sell us on other services. When we said we were interested in getting a quote for a tankless water heater install he said he would get us some numbers for both. No numbers were ever received!
We followed up with the company and they sent out somebody else (Jacobs supervisor). He came out and said he had taken the needed measurements from the air (google satellite) and didn't need to take any additional measurements and that he just wanted to meet us in person. At that time we were interested in a standing seam metal roof and despite him not having any examples of any previous installs he said the company had done many and that he would provide with a quote. Sure enough no quote ever arrived!
A month or so later their accounts rep followed up and asked us how our remodel was going and if they could be of any assistance. I laughed and mentioned the previous experience and he said he would have the owner himself come out.
Like clock work the co-owner (Nir) came our along with the company's project manager (Ismael), both nice guys. They said they would get us numbers this time for the roof and that they could provide other services as well, which we were open to provided the price was right. Ismael came prepared with a ladder and took his measurements. We discussed the tankless heater install, electrical rewire of the entire house and new windows. It was a good meeting and I felt that this time we were finally going to get some numbers from this company and the last mishaps were just that. Sure enough no numbers ever arrived!

My experience with Solreliable has been horrendous. It all started with their canvasser who knocked our door and had us setup an appointment with the company. They were nice a friendly and we were in major need of home improvements so we went ahead and started the process. Their sales rep came by and was amazing and we were all about signing up. We ended up purchasing an HVAC split system, new ducting and insulation. After signing up we had some additional questions so we called into the office and asked if they sub-contracted out there work; they said no it's all installed in-house. Come to find out that was not the case and the installers didn't speak English whatsoever! So many issues began to arise and it was a mess. The AC ducting was all over the place, the furnace was not installed properly and it took several times to pass final inspection. We signed up in July with intense heat and the new AC was worse than our 25 year old unit! Our AC never stopped running and no one ever came by to fix it. Here we are in December and the units have not been fixed, the holes they put in our roof and ceiling have not been patched (lucky it hasn't rained), and our AC is still not right. They don't have their stuff in order and it's chaos. We later installed solar with a different company and their surveyor said our HVAC setup was so horribly installed they had to have a partner come out and reroute everything. Solreliable didn't even fix it after multiple requests! Sway away from this company folks and save yourself the headache. By the way...we still haven't received the cashback the sales rep promised on the contract. Terrible service.

I recently came across this company and I found them through a friend. These guys are exceptional! I work in home improvement and I can say that you rarely find a company that cares so much about its clients, carries values and principals and does such a detailed and consistent job. They inform you about the project in depth and they never push you to buy anything. They don't focus on money but on the contrary they focus on making your house as efficient as possible. At the end of the whole project you have a higher quality of living AND you have saved energy and money. Plus you have done something good for the environment. Isn't that great? Very highly recommended business.

I spoke to solreliable on the phone after getting multiple quotes from different company's in Encino, and this was honest the best price and quickest response and overall product. If i ever move again i will definitely come back to them!

I previously left a great review for this company after they installed solar panels, heater, insulation, central air/heat, and kitchen remodel.
Now, I have something to add. I signed off this project in January 2017, but had to call in September because I noticed some kitchen outlets were not working. I was nervous about getting the runaround after so much time had passed. To my pleasant surprise, Michael said, ""No problem. I""ll schedule the electrician to come out right away.""
Well, the electrician just left after fixing the problem and saying that customer service is their top priority.
I think you cannot go wrong with Sol Reliable.

Allen, was really helpful he he ran through lol the prices to install solar onto my roof. I was scared at first that it would cost a fortune I was really impressed of how inexpensive and easy the whole process is. Thank you again for your help. Everyone should get solar and stop paying the electric company ridiculous rates.

The Long Story:
My wife and I recently bought our first home, and had our first child in mid-February.
During the heavy rains in late December and January it became apart we had two fairly severe roof leaks. Like so many of our neighbors, my wife called several roofers to come out for quotes on the patch, and was told by all that only if we contracted for the work would anyone be sent and the earliest they could start was April ... all except SolReliable. Jacob T., our project manager, came out within 24hrs to review the damage and present us with options. While we only needed a roof patch, which SolReliable was happy to quote and offer, he explained that SolReliable offers much more and that if we packaged multiple efficiency upgrades it would be more advantageous in terms of rebates and incentives. While we weren't thrilled with the idea of financing (via a PACE Loan) after just getting into our home and anticipating the costs that come from having our first child and losing one income in a dual income household, Jacob T, took the time to compare our options, from a range of different products to come up with month to month comparison in estimated savings and monthly finance payment vs a current monthly utility spend, and this gave us the insight to see at what point we would be netting a positive (inside 2years) and how we could expedite that. However, we did explain that our next concern was how quickly the work would be completed. We were expecting a baby mid-Feb and in our experience most contractors are booked or spread too thin to make that time line happen. SolReliable assured us it would be completed, and to be honest we had no other options for the roof repair. Soon after the contract was signed was when our roof was hit the hardest, water leaking in the house and the newly completed nursery. After a call to our insurance company, a Restoration Team came to mitigate. Our concern was that it would get worse and we felt we couldn't wait even a day longer to patch the roof. SolReliable came out (thanks Ish) in the rain to tarp our roof (I'm pretty sure that was a liability issue and real risk for him, but I'm really glad he did it). In fact, they did it twice when the wind blew the tarp out of place.
SolReliable moved mountains to get our roof patched the first day the rain stopped. Once the Restoration team was done, SolReliable worked hard to complete all the interior and most the exterior parts of the job before our son arrived. Literally the inside was completed on a Wednesday and our son arrived on a Sunday. Also, due to the damage we incurred from the rain, we filed an insurance claim and a home warranty claim, and due to the detail SolReliable provided we got a full recoup of the costs of repair on the insurance claim (less deductible), and as much as was possible from the warranty (warranties suck). Bottom line, SolReliable came through on all that was promised and went beyond that. The work was top-notch, the plaster paint team had to match a heavy texture on our ceiling, and due to the texture sizing needed replicate by hand was used for a seamless match, true artistry. Ish was always an wealth of information for the questions we had. Our solar has been on now about 3 months. Electric went from $250/month to $10, and our gas from $180/moth to $120, and that was true to the projected savings estimated by Jacob T. The SolReliable team is still actively working to process all our energy savings credits and rebates so I don't have a full total, but the fact that they are still working hard to save us money after they've been paid speaks volumes. Final word - recommended, but don't take my word for it read the reviews on multiple sites, we did the research and it's a big reason we said yes. Thanks Jacob T., Nir, Ish, Alina, and the SolReliable TEAM!!

After 15 years in residence in my beloved stucco box in Reseda, my poor little love shack was begging for a make over. I wanted to replace some drafty doors and windows, a new roof, solar power, and while I'm at it why not paint as well. I had was motivated to make the big changes needed when I learned about PACE financing. All I needed was a reputable, professional contractor firm to help me execute my ambitious plans.
After checking out Yelp reviews, I sought bids from six different companies, each with excellent reviews and stellar reputations, but in the end, there was only one company that completely sold me on their ability to help me realize my ambitious plans. That company is SolReliable, and more specifically, Michael Soroka who helped me achieve the glorious results I now brag about. Working together, we transformed the house I bought 15 years ago into my dream home.
When Michael first came to my house to go over the remodel ideas, I could tell he was someone that I wanted to work with. Michael is very knowledgeable, professional, and an attentive listener. He heard me out first before offering any suggestions, many of which were spot on with the direction of my remodel ambitions, and included some ideas that might not have occurred to me in the first place. I never once felt pressured during the entire process to make any decisions hastily, nor counter to my own ideas or design considerations. Michael truly helped me translate my ideas into my beautiful 'new' home.
Now let's have a heart to heart for a moment folks, and not kid ourselves. Remodeling can be a very messy, confusing, and frustrating experience, no matter who you work with. I found each of the crews that came to work on my house were all very friendly, professional, and courteous workers who performed their duties efficiently, and sought to leave me happy with the results right down to the last detail. I also felt a great deal of trust with SolReliable crew as they worked on my house, whether or not I was actually at home during the process, which is a testament to their professionalism.
Am I happy? Damn right! I am downright ecstatic! I have gorgeous curb appeal, an updated look throughout, upgraded energy efficiency, and successfully achieved the best investment anyone can make; making my home my castle! I can't help looking back at my beautiful home as I drive off to work beaming with pride of ownership. ""That's my house! One of the nicest of the block!"" and I have Michael Soroka, and the awesome crews from SolReliable to thank.
I would not hesitate to recommend SolReliable, and would gladly hire them back for any future projects. Thanks guys! You're the best!
Most sincerely,
Matt P.
