Solo is a very reliable company. Use for yearly termite inspection and their pest control quarterly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Techs and office staff easy to work with and always helpful. I highly recommend Solo. The owner even came out on a holiday weekend when we had a glitch a few years ago.

We have been customers for many years, and are pleased to say, an outstanding, company. Always a good experience. The best care imaginable, as they are totally concerned with their customers needs.

For many years, our service rep was Wes Christy, who developed a program for us as he knew my wife had no immune system, and if termites were present, we could not, and cannot tent our house. He took care of our needs seamlessly, and brought in all the advances in termite servicing applicable to our unique needs.

When Wes left California, we now work with Steven Sokolos, who is great.
Over the years, we have worked with several reps, and must say everyone we interacted with, in person, or on the phone were awesome to work with.

We recently replaced our roof, called Solo who came out to check for termites before the new roof was installed, checked the facia boards, and told us what should be replaced. Made our roof, facia, and outside house painting easier.

Solo is the go to company for all your termite, and pest control needs, and we would unequivocally recommend them.

The owner, Steve, and his family, and staff deserve all the kudos we can give.

It see that I had termites every year. Since I started with this company I do not worry any more. Most of the time they do not find anything. When they do they take care of it right away. Always on time and no issue with any of the tech's they send. I suggest you use this company.

The people at Solo are amazing. They are so respectful and responsive. I called them initially because I had been fighting ants for about 10 years and every year they got worse. I finally had a sci-fi experience in my kitchen. They came out and discovered a giant ant farm or two in my front yard. They took care of it and haven't let it come back. I'm super impressed with them and highly recommend them.

AWFUL! This company does not answer their phone. It puts you on a very long HOLD and then DISCONNECTS you. It took over a week to get someone on the phone. Finally, I scheduled a service call 9-11a with a 30-minute heads-up call. The technician called me at 12:30a with a long story about how he's ""been busy going above and beyond for his customers."" When he finally came after 12:30p, it turns out there was a miscommunication in the office and they'd scheduled me for an inspection, not a service call, and wasn't able to provide the service I needed. The woman in the office (the owner?) called to argue with me that the time was really 10-12N and that it was for a termite inspection, not a service call, which very well might have been how they wrote it down, but wasn't what I asked for and wasn't my understanding. She didn't have any customer service skills : ). Here's what I'm looking for - a company that answers their phone, listens to the customer, schedules accordingly, and shows up within the scheduled window or at least gives a heads-up call and doesn't argue with the customer.

Did not receive any pest services. My brother in law is a goof ball and left his wallet at a gas station. Ruben Jaime found it at kindly went out of his way . Not only did he deliver to the house but he was extremely kind. There are still good people in this world and hats of and much appreciation to Ruben. Thank you so much Ruben and to Solo for having honest good people on your team.

If you are looking for a company to do your termite tenting, then look no further! Solo was professional and always available to answer any questions through the whole process. After the tenting we had some concerns and the owner came out to go over everything, he made sure we were completely satisfied. I love it when a company goes above and beyond and Solo did just that! I highly recommend Solo!
