I'm surprised there aren't many reviews on their Yelp page, but Solo Roofing probably doesn't need them! I know they get a lot of referrals, which is how I was put in touch with Henry. We had a leak coming from our roof, that thankfully wasn't super urgent. But Henry was so busy with jobs from all of the recent rain and made time to come check out our damage and give us a quote. He was a good communicator from the beginning, and pricing was very fair. What I most appreciated was he did not try to upsell me on anything we didn't need to get done, unlike the first company that had come out. I could tell he was trustworthy and we chose to move forward. They scheduled us for a couple of weeks later, and when they were here Henry provided very helpful photos of before and after their repairs. That was much appreciated since we obviously can't see the roof! He thoroughly explained the work that they did, and it looks like an A+ job. Hopefully we won't have to test it out until more rain next year, but they provide a 1 year warranty on the work just in case. Would not hesitate to hire Solo again!

I found solo roofing through the termite company that I used (Hungry Termite). Short story is they offer tile insurance through a licensed roofer. They essentially do an inspection before the job and after and fix anything broken. So on the day of the final inspection I met Henry at my house and had him check out an issue I had. I really appreciated the fact that he offered me a low cost option as well as a proper fixing option.

He then proceeded to share with me some other issues that I had on the roof. One may say that he was just up selling me, but I did a little research and everything he was telling me was legit. It was also nice that the price he was quoting seemed very reasonable.

I feel better knowing my roof has now been tuned up and will hopefully last a number of more years. Thanks Henry!

Henry did a complete roof replacement for us with ""cool roof"" shingles, new underlayment, flashings, and vents. He was there for every step of the job, and his crew was fast, efficient, and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable. He's in high demand, and it took awhile to book him, but it was well worth it!

Solo is absolutely first class. Henry and the crew did a ""pick up and re-lay"" (original tile with new paper) on my 33 year old roof. They replaced all broken tile and repaired all wood damage - rain, termites. This roof is WAY better than the original. Always on time and cleaned up every day, sometimes more than once. The only roofing contractor that actually came to my house to look at the roof and to listen to my concerns and other things that I wanted on the new roof then give me an estimate. Knows his business, does a great job, I highly recommend Solo Roofing!

Henry Maldonado and his crew had done repairs on our roof twice over the last two years and the time had finally come to tear off all of the old roofs and to put on a new one. Big job. Because this tied into a refi we were doing on the house, a follow-up inspection was required. The independent inspector came out and wrote a 14 page report. He wrote several positive comments and ended with: ""This is one of the best roofing jobs and installs I have ever seen."" The inspector then called my husband asking for the name and phone number of the company so that he could recommend them to others. We feel very fortunate to know people with the professionalism, skill and integrity of Henry Maldonado and his crew.
