If I could use more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I fought getting turf in my backyard for a long time! When I couldn't keep my grass lawn looking good all the time I finally gave in to artificial grass and I'm glad I did! David was referred to me and from the minute he came to my house everything was perfect! He listened to what we wanted and did a drawing right then of what he suggested. Later that day he sent me the price and scope of work and I told him to go ahead. He had a crew available between jobs so they were able to start the following week! I needed dirt removed and then he put it new drainage that I needed in part of the yard. I wanted a pad put down for a hot tub, a section of turf and some stepping stones with turf around them. His crew was amazing and hard working. They cleaned up at the end of each day and even worked over a weekend and stayed to finish up some things even when it got dark. The quality of the work is superior and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Solid Green and will use him again when I'm ready to do the front yard!!

I've had Solid Green make two repairs to my roof. In both cases, David was able to view the damage with in 24 hours and begin repairs as soon as weather permitted. In one case, David came to my home on a Sunday to review the leak and provide an estimate - he even climbed up on the roof to see if there was anything he could do right then. Prices are competitive, work is done very efficiently, the worksite is kept clean during the project and crews are professional and friendly (I made an effort to meet everyone on my jobs). I can, without hesitation, highly recommend David and Solid Green Construction.

Without going into a more lengthy description, I cannot recount the various ways that Dave impressed us. He resealed a vent pipe through our roof that both an insurance adjuster and he thought was the cause of our leak. While at it, we asked that he reseal all such pipes and vents. Next rain, the leak continued. Within a day he came back and discovered the real source of the leak and his crew spent about 4 hours repairing the problem. Most surprisingly, he didn't charge us anything for this additional work even though this job appeared to be as big as the original work. He's very personable and responds immediately. We highly recommend him and our neighbors have now hired him as well.

During recent rains we had a roof leak and the next storm was on its way. Although he was booked, David fit us into a tight schedule to get our roof repaired. The very next day he sent Ed over to our house to find the source of the leak and fix the problem. Both David and Ed were kind, professional, and very friendly. David and his crew got the job done on Friday, only two days after he came out to give us the quote! Price was similar to one of our other quotes. I received notification from the City of San Diego that the sidewalk outside my rental property was a trip hazard due to rising concrete in a couple places. My property manager contacted his repair man who provided a very high price to replace a concrete slabs. I found David on Craigslist and he responded very quickly and provided a few options to make the repair. He with his worker promptly made a simpler repair and did a couple extras at no charge (i.e., cut the roots of the adjacent trees that caused the concrete to lift). He was very knowledgeable on options about how to approach the job, they were friendly and easy to work with and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the cost of the other quotation. I sent photos to the city and the case is now closed. I highly recommend David and his team for the services Solid Green Construction provides, and recommended him to my property manager.

Called Solid Green to fix some veneer stones that had fallen off the building and columns, and David met with us the same day and scheduled the work for the following business day. Erminio did a great job installing all the veneer stone. So many other businesses refused to take this job because it was too small, but Solid Green made it happen and the building and columns looks great! Highly recommend!
