I was pleased with the installation. My only advice is that I regret not going with my gut and I questioned with the Sales Rep on a few things and I was steered into something I was not happy with. I should have went with the 10"" instead of 14"" tube in my bathroom, and the living room received a t square 14"" but he didn't point out that bedroom which was the same area size and roof size should get the same size tube. I went back and forth and I was not given good advice. The installation guy was awesome and said he normally does the initial sales calls. That makes sense because he installs unit and knows more than a ""salesperson"". I should have went with my gut since I know what made sense to me, but unfortunately I listed to sales rep and should not have. That is my regret.

I had my skylight installed by Solatube and they did a great job. I love that they are very transparent, you know who is showing up before they get to your house. Dwayne was super nice he explained everything to me and when it was time to install he was an hour early which was perfect because I had an appointment later that day. When I need any work done on another project I will for sure be using them again. Customer service is awesome. And the skylight looks awesome and my hallway is nice and bright in the day and the moonlight is soothing on nights when it's out. Thanks Solatube!!!

We had a Solartube rep come out to give us a quote on 2 solar tubes in our home and ended up with the same day install of both solar tubes! Kristian, our technician who quoted us and installed the solar tubes was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with a lot of bright sun light into one of our bathrooms and our kitchen! The included night light not only gives us a nice tax deduction but it also provides us with a soft ""full-moon light"" glow from the solar tubes at night which is very relaxing compared to other night lights we used in our home. Very pleased with the whole process and quality of Solartube.

I had a great experience with Santa Fe Springs Solatube Home. This company was my first of 3 estimates that I received. The installer Sardar Dionian notified me via e-mail and text prior to his arrival (on time) for the estimate and was knowledgeable about the product and my house's installation requirements. I knew that I would need additional attic vents to accommodate the second floor attic fan and he had suggestions to accomplish this. I didn't feel pressured to schedule installation during the estimate. I ultimately chose Solatube Home for the installation as I had Solatube skylights installed years ago and like the quality of their products. The 2 whole hose fans and a solar attic vent were installed in under 4 hours. Sardar showed us how to install the app for controlling the fan on our phones (no lost remotes) and answered any remaining questions before cleaning up at the end of the installation. Absolutely spotless installation without any plaster damage to the ceilings. The fans are so quiet that I needed to stand directly under the vent to hear it start up and is super quiet running.

Solatube called after I requested a contractor for an attic fan on Angie's list. The product, installation and cost were explained. The next day Dwayne did a great job installing the fan. I an sure that a cooler attic will help my new air conditioner last longer and reduce the electric bill.

They gave me appointment for Saturday 8am and never showed up. I followed up around 10am and the operator told me there is no office manager and to a note.Very disappointed.
As to the comment from the business: The comment is as unacceptable as their attitude.

Wanted to thank the great work of Kristian and Dwayne.
A little about the company. The moment you call and make
the appointment, you get an email and a text notifying you.
The day of the appointment, you get a text from the installation crew
that you have an appointment on that day and that they are on time.
My appointment was for noon and I received a call from Kristian that
if I wanted he could arrive an hour earlier. They arrived, in uniform and
did the inspection and the installation in two hours!! I got the quiet whole house fan unit It is very quiet (I use to own a whole house fan that is right over the vent, very loud) and this quiet cool works great! I tried it out last night and the temperature inside the house, went from 82 to 75 in less than an hour! I used it all night to get the gentle breeze from the bedroom
window without hearing the noise of the typical inside room fan. Thanks again for doing such a wonderful job!!!!

I had been wanting to get solatubes for a while now, called to get installation scheduled, and was able to get on the schedule the next week (a big plus)! The technician, Sardar, arrived as promised, identified himself in a professional manner, and got right to work. He recommended different size options for the 3 areas (over kitchen sink, and 2 bathrooms) where I wanted the solatubes installed, I was very pleased with his recommendation. Before I knew it, they were done with the install. I LOVE, love, love my solatubes. They have brought in so much light, that I keep thinking that I left the lights on. The company was great to work with, and communication was great. I show off the solatubes to my friends and neighbors every chance I get!
