We've had solar in a prior home, and gotten a quote from another company for this home. Both experiences were less than satisfactory. We were a little gun shy about trying to go solar again, but found SolarShoppers, a locally owned company. Kristin came over on Memorial Day weekend to give us the sales information, we decided to go ahead that day. We had panels delivered within a week, installed within 2. We hit some snags with inspection, but SolarShoppers (Adrian and Ernie) were on top of it, and promised me time and time again we would get in before the June 30th deadline. I didn't believe them, but they pulled though. We went from signing to fully operational in just under a month. That's less time than it took to just get plans from previous companies!! The communication has been stellar, I haven't felt like just another number. I'm looking forward to many years of cool air because of SolarShoppers!!

So glad we went with SolarShoppers! Our solar system is up and running in a fraction of the time quoted by the bigger companies. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and polite and helpful. We did call often to ask questions and they always answered quickly and with patience. They were punctual as clockwork which is so rare these days. Real people who meet you face to face and treat you like a real person!

Great company! I could not believe the 5 out of 5 stars reviews, now I understand why. The entire staff was awesome, application, installation, and setup was seamless from start to finish and customer service is top notch. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They even color match the conduit to your house! I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and honesty of the entire staff. I have heard a lot of misinformation about solar and every thing they told me checked out. I have already recommended Solar Shoppers to several of my friends and am happy to hear that they are having the same experience that I did.
I recommend that you give them a call if you are interested in solar (and don't worry they aren't pushy like most other solar companies).

Great company!!!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and they constantly kept me updated along the way as to what was going on. Once my system was installed Eric did a great job showing me how to fully use my system and monitor its production. I would highly recommend solar shoppers to anyone looking to install solar panels.

As with any construction project you're going to hit some bumps in the road. Solar Shoppers stands behind their product and behind their installation. From The start with our salesman Chris to finishing up with Ricky and Adrian everything came out great. Solar Shoppers make sure that their customers are happy with the final product. It didn't matter who I was calling or texting, I was always answered immediately. If they said they were going to do something, it was done and it was done quickly. From finding the right type of financing for us to finding the right spot for our solar panels Solar Shoppers covers everything. We are happy customers!

We decided to go with SolarShoppers not only because they were local, but because from the very start with our initial meeting with Kristin where she explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The amount of panels we required and the payment was perfect for us and everything from that point on went extremely smooth. The staff including Kristin, Ricky, Adrian and Shawn were so helpful in answering any follow up questions I had. The installers were great and the respect for my home was priority to me and they did a great job of setting up my panels to getting the little things done like painting the pipes that go down the side of our home. Look at other homes with solar and you won't see that, just shinny chrome pipes that stand out and make your home look terrible. I highly recommend solar shoppers if your thinking about getting solar. I am more than happy to be a referral.....
