Totally taken advantage of. May 2 2018 I spoke with Armando at PetersenDean who within 2 hours quoted a price of 12K and took a 1k deposit with a signed contract. 1 month later, I received a call from him stating the quote was off my 9k.??? I voiced my opinion and asked him to work on the quote and get back to me. No return calls,so I cancelled, and 2 days ago, July 12th, I received the 1k deposit back after canceling Jun 2nd for their mistake? or??? Hard to believe this isn't a common occurrence. Dan was great and Mark in accounting did what he could, but
this was a waste of my time. my money, and just wrong.

Brian's knowledge about the solar options for your home is outstanding. He gives every client their options to determine what best fits their family. Brian always goes above and beyond to take care of his clients.

These guys built my fence the same day without letting the concrete dry all the way, the Man in charge (Shane Shockley) at the time that it works so just as fine, the bag of concrete is clearly states that it needs 24 hour to dry and then he started to belittle me and saying he isn't a professional and he has been doing this for 10+ yrs and when I showed him the concrete bag and told him if youve been Fenceing for 10+ yrs then you know not to build a fence with post in the ground with wet concrete.. he got so angry with me and I thought he was going to attack me...
**WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS**
I am now in a contract with a shitty fence job, Beware of this guy (Shane Shockley) if he is on the project at your house I suggest you pick another project manager.

We purchased a new home in Lodi. The roof was put on by Peterson Dean roofing. A few months into living at our home I noticed that majority of the roofing tiles had bubbled up areas on them. I know this is not normal so I called and had the warranty people come look. Sure enough the tiles were defective.
They replaced my roof. As they should. The day the workers arrived to do the work I spoke with the two guys that were in charge and explained to them that we live In the home and have small dogs.. I asked that all tile and nails trash etc be picked up so the dogs don't get hurt or eat a piece of the small tile chips left behind.. I was told three times that was not a problem.
While talking to the man I assume was the foreman, i explained how i didn't understand how the tiles would have not been seen when so many people had been involved. There's the manufacturer the shipped the roof loader and the installer. He agreed saying it should have never left the manufacturer. I said yeah and the roof I stalled should have said some ting. He asked how I saw them. This is the third time someone had asked me that. Does it really matter? Or did you install them thinking nobody will see them? I asked if we were going to get a new roof inspection? He said yes, I am the one who inspected the roof. Then I said oh so you're the one that didn't see them.
After the day of work was done and the work crew left I walked around and picked up a bunch of tile pieces that were in the grass because the used a blower to just blow it off into the grass. I picked up trash and I also saw that there was tile particles all over my neighbors driveway and walkway.
Is it me or do they just not care?? Unbelievable. They will be back this morning and I will see how this goes when I speak with the fireman or whatever
***Update***
So yesterday I was contacted by customer service who assured me that the workers would clean up the mess. I Had already talked to the lead and we went over my concerns.. INCLUDING BLOWING DEBRIS ONTO MY NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAY. Apparently that wasn't a pressing matter and could wait until he was done.. after talking to the customer service rep there were three guys on the ground cleaning within a minute or two. This includes my neighbors property. Thank you customer service!!
Now for today.. they arrived to finish up and do ""clean up"" I left while they were working and when I arrived home they were gone. ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO PICK UP LEFT OVER DEBRIS IN MY YARD.
I have attached a photo of what I picked up today including their cigarette buts. We do not smoke but apparently their workers do and throw them on the ground.. including my back yard... REALLY??! That's pretty classy.
I was thinking of using this company for solar but at this point I don't know.

These guys tore off my old roof and put on a beautiful new roof in two days. I have a two story house, and what they did was amazing. The roof looks great and the mess is gone. There are no signs that they were even there. Perfect job. These guys deserve a raise.

Very happy with my solar install. Every contact person from the salesperson, project coordinator and installer was professional and responsive. I also interviewed West Coast Solar and installation cost was identical but I choose PD because the financing options were far superior. And I liked the salesperson better than West Coast's who tended to speak poorly of other companies. It took five months from my initial call to Installation. I think this is typical because solar companies are very busy these days and it takes time to get permits. My only complaint was that the installers didn't sweep up the debris which had fallen from the roof. But I won't let that get in the way of an overall positive experience.

Excellent service, the lowest cost, top of the line equipment and a smooth and professional installation experience.
I have been receiving solar estimates and discussing solar options with this company for the last three years. I never felt pushed to a decision or felt that the sales person was annoyed. I received quotes from 5 other top companies during this time and their prices were much higher or double in some cases. Also their equipment was similar or inferior. Anyhow, finally I decided to go with solar option and I had no better option than PetersenDean. The whole project went smooth without any hiccups. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Keep in mind, it is not just the company but the team assigned to your project too. See the teams info in the attached screenshot.

Had PetersenDean men out to take care of birds nesting under our solar panels. Tyler Page and Thomas Keating took care of the problem very efficiently and expertly. We appreciated their care and explanations. Thank Heavens--no more cooing.

We moved to a PG&E serviced area about two years ago. During our first summer/winter we were getting energy bills close to $700 and we're frugal with the AC and heat! We decided to go with Peterson dean solar. After having it installed, our bills have been significantly smaller...we even had a $3 bill one month! The whole process was simple and easy. The installation happened in one day! We haven't had any problems with the system and it looks great! It's not obtrusive or an eye sore at all. My only regret was not having a new roof put on at the same time! Everyone that I encountered through the whole process, from my first call to installation have been professional, courteous and detail oriented. I highly recommend their services and will most definitely go back to this company for roofing!!

Called on Friday morning for an estimate. Someone was supposed to call in 45 minutes to an hr. It's Tuesday night and still no call back. I suppose they don't need my business
